I take in a deep breath of air and smell my surroundings...Squirrel, I crouch and start to stalk I have good luck the wind is blowing to my face the squirrel didn't suspect a thing until it was too late. "I have to say not bad pet" "Same with you how long did it take to catch that rabbit?" I ask "Not long, so pet what where your humans like?" He asks trying not to seem rude "Oh they where the best they would take me on walks and give me treats and even a cozy bed... I sure do miss them."I sigh as I say this "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." He says and I reply "its not your fault...I just never thought they would do this, Scar you think I'll ever see them again?" already guessing what he is going to say "The honest answer, No you'll never see them again you'll look for them until you're old and never ever see them again." "Well at least I know the truth." I say disappointedly What am I going to do? I think to myself and almost as if he read my mind he says "You could always come to the woods and live with me you know I wouldn't mind... even though you used to be a pet my friends will except you I'm sure of it." "Maybe I will, just until I get over this thing and wrap my mind around it." I say "Great, Follow me pet."
