Prepare for Shifting
Shifting Prep:
I drink water constantly throughout the day. I repeat affirmations throughout the day to hype myself up and to also manifest my shifting experience. I normally eat two meals and I'm set but on shifting nights I try eat three meals. I try to clean up my room a bit to make it better and easier for me to shift.

Shifting Routines:
So I have two. My first one includes drinking water, reading my script over, doing a guided meditation, and then played subliminales and then try my shifting method (raven). I personally prefer the pillow method as it's brought me the best results but everyone is different. So my second routine includes drinking water, reading my script over and putting my script underneath my pillow and going to sleep while repeating affirmations to myself in my head before and picturing myself in my house in my DR.

Previous experiences:
I shifted to the Harry Potter world multiple times and went through my four years at Hogwarts (years 4-7) and the last time I shifted the War of Hogwarts had just ended with Fred being alive. I of course script any trauma from my DR would not effect me in my CR but like sometimes my mind wanders and is like "Ah yes. Fred is still waiting for me to return (my boyfriend)...I should...nah." With shifting to the my hero universe it took maybe two times shifting before I actually made it into my DR and started living my life in the universe.

Symptoms:
Everyone is different but mine have been twitching of any body part, that horrible feelings of needing to move, shaking, chills, heaviness, ringing in my ears and of course hearing voices.

Shifting Method:
Like I've said before I have two. One is the Raven method and the second is the pillow method. Counting to 100 sometimes takes a few tries to me but it does work.

Waiting Room:
I do not have one as it was not really fun in my Harry Potter DR. I like to get right into the action.

Script:
My script will be in the next chapter!

Thanks for reading and I can't wait for everyone to follow along my journey!
