Brittany’s Pov

I’ve been in Dallas for about a week to visit my moms family and its been really hectic. Threw out this whole week its been meeting family members or my mom friends with them saying “Wow you’ve grow so much.” or my favorite “ How are you Demi’s daughter y’all look so different?” Its two o'clock in the morning on the 24th of December helping Cara pack her suit case cause she has to leave back to England to spend times with her family.

“Cara do you have to leave?” I ask with a pout.

“Love you know I have to, tomorrow’s christmas I have to spend that with my family.” she said.

“Then can I go with you?” I said with sadness in my voice.

“I wish you could but this is your first christmas with your real family. I’m not taking you away from that. Even if I want to be selfish and take you with me. My heart won’t let me do that to you.” She said while grabbing my waist.

“Fine but if someone bad happens here I’m leaving.”

“Then you call me I’ll book you a flight to leave immediately.” She said while turning me around. I looked up at her with a pout. She kissed my forehead then let go of me to put the remaining of her clothes away. I then changed into her clothes but forgot she was in the room. I saw her looking at me like I did something wrong.

“What. Why are you looking at me like that. I’m getting ready fro bed.” I said.

“Nothing I just saw something that I want.” She said with a smirk.

“Well then go get what you want before you leave” I said smirking right at her.

Before I know it Cara is walking over to me and pushing me back on the bed. Lets just says eh got a departing gift before she left.

Cara’s Pov

I woke up to my alarm beeping. I felt something on my chest move but then go back to where it was. I open my eyes to see my adorable girlfriend sleeping on me. Then I remember I have to go home today and leave her here. I kissed Britt’s forehead and then gently moved her so I could get up. I went to the bathroom and then took a quick shower. When I got out and was going to get clothes. I noticed she wasn’t in the bed or her room. I quickly changed and got my luggage and went downstairs. I saw her whole family eating breakfast but Britt was nowhere to be seen.

“Morning everyone have you seen Britt anywhere?” I asked politely.

“Britt told me she will meet you in the car.” Diana said.

“Thank you and thank you for letting me stay here.” I said nicely

“Cara Britt’s my granddaughter whatever makes her happy makes me happy. So it was a pleasure. But remember you hurt her in anyway she has a huge family behind her to hunt you down.” she said and then hugged me.

“I won’t hurt her I promise that.” I said as I pulled away from the hug. I opened the door and went outside to where Demi is standing right next to with some sunglasses on.

“Morning Dem” I said while hugging her. 

“Morning Cara” she said while hugging back. 

“Heyyy back off mother thats my girlfriend.” Britt said as Demi and I pulled away from each other to look at her standing there with a grin on her face.
