PROLOGUE - BLOOD WATER

THIRD POV;

━━━━━━━━━━A flashy two-shot of a gun in the alley was heard. A woman who is in her early twenties walking inward in her vehicle appears to be heard the shots. The woman seemed to have black long-waist hair, hazel brown feline gazes.

The woman's curiosity kicks in and heads toward the noise, you know what they always say " Curiosity killed the cat. " When she arrived in the alley, her breath hitch as she watches a man laying on the ground bloody mess. It's appeared to be had curly chocolate hair with a beanie on it, the man is wearing a police suit.

She quickly grabs her phone in her pocket and calls a friend who is currently on duty in the hospital near the school. While she was occupied reaching she didn't acknowledge that three-figured guys are watching her in the dark, " Hello, is there's something wrong (N/N)? Did you already reach home? " a woman asks on the other side of the phone.

" Hey! Send an ambulance right now there's a guy here dying he was shot no time to explain why! Hurry okay! " the woman panting at the same time frightened because what happened if the people who did this came back. Swallowed her fear and immediately reaches through the guy and takes off her white blouse barely abandoned her white t-shirts.

It appears the man having a hard time breathing in. She checks his pulse before ripping and wrapping the white blouse around the gunshot wound. " it's going to be okay sir. Please don't close your eyes!". The man seems to be mumbling, his droopy eyelid starts closing.

In the distance, they have heard a siren going in their direction an ambulance stopped, and the troop starts sprinting toward them putting the injured man in the ambulance. The other one wraps her a soft warm blanket, It seems that she didn't realize that there's police too.

The leader of the police enforcement walks upon the stunned woman, she's covered the blood of the injured man. Her hand is trembling while her head gazing at the alley corners, " Ma'am are you okay? " the woman glances at the officer and nods.

" The names Punz and the man you found is our chief, may I have your little time and ask what happened. " the man names Punz proposed, " Sure "

" What happened Ma'am did you see who did something like this? " the woman shakes her head " I didn't see anyone when I arrived the man is already laying on the ground bleeding. " he nods while Punz asking everything the woman knows he realized that the woman glimpsing back in forth she seems looking at the empty alley.

Punz glimpses were the woman looking at. The man narrowed his eyes before taking his gun along with the flashlight, once he opens the flashlight the two of them were greeted by a stray cat sitting on top of the dumpster.

" I think it's the best way to take you home safely, ma'am " he sighs, when they came back all the police scattered around the crime scene searching for any skepticism, blue and red light is all around them.

The ambulance is already gone, the man named Sam who's likely to stand out amongst the others seems to realize the two present. He walks up the two and handed a two bullet of a Glock 48 to Punz,
" We found this sir, it seems that the suspect drove away immediately using a van. There are imprints of car brake on the street that possible that they ran off after the shot ".

" Good job, Sam we'll continue this at the meeting room where everyone is a presence it seems that someone is missing." The blonde narrowed his eyes, while Sam nod and excuse himself.

The two of them walk to the police car and drove away from the event, the silence is so loud.

" Is the guy gonna be alright? What about my car sir? " the woman strikes questions, fidgeting her hair while looking at the blond officer who was busy driving the car. The guy responded saying " our chief will gonna be alright don't worry, I know he's a strong person and your car? Bomb gonna take care of it. "

The woman nod. " By the way, ma'am, what's your name I've been with you for a couple of minutes now and I didn't even know your name " he glances at the woman who is in the passenger seat.

" My name is (Y/N), I'm a Teacher at Manburg University " she sweetly smiled looking down at her foot. " I see, then don't worry I'll update you as soon as possible after the chief was awoken maybe you could stop by and visit him. " she hums in response.

A moment's past they have arrived at the house with big gates. The woman gets out and bids her good-bye to the man then walks in front of the gates and opened it, goes inside but before she closes the gates, she turns and gives Punz a little last wave which Punz exchange with a sweet smile before driving off.
