hii:) here's the julia x raven method! don't forget, you're powerful and you're shifting tonight! 111🤍

*this method can be a sleep method or a non-sleep method, whatever you prefer:)

1. get in a starfish position

2. say "I am" in your head or outloud, until you feel any symptoms (tingles, twitching, spinning, etc..) don't forget to take your time. breathe and say "I am" slowly. ;)

3. once you feel symptoms, count to 100 while saying affirmations and visualization (ex: i am shifting, i am in my desired reality, my surroundings are changing, i have shifted, etc..)

4. when you're done counting to 100, say more affirmations, more visualization, etc... then, you can either go to sleep (sleep method) or wait until you get the sign you scripted to get when you're finally in your desired reality (non-sleep method). while you're waiting, you can visualize your desired reality and some scenarios!
