• S/o leaving the other aloneMidoriya had a decent day.
Keyword 'decent'. He was pretty sad that Toga woke him early. He had planned to stay in and snuggle with Shigaraki the whole day.
However, today was apparently grocery day, and since it was Midoriya's first time they wanted to take him. Much to Toga's disappointment she had to stay behind after the incident at the mall.
Dabi was fairly quiet on the way there. Midoriya had tried to start up a few conversations he was mostly shut down with nothing else to talk about.
There wasn't a lot of interesting things going on. Despite his own situation, which he didn't enjoy talking about most of the time.
So the whole day was absolute silence. Afterwards, Toga had spilled small parts about Shigaraki's day, and also recommended not going to cuddle with him.
Reason why, he was absolutely soaked in sweat. Still Midoriya slipped away to check on him.
His eyebrows were furrowed like he was living through his worst nightmare. His whole being either covered in clothes or a thick layer of sweat.
Midoriya worried about him. From what he was told Shigaraki couldn't stop moving. Anxiety, maybe? Anxiety for what? Was he worried about Midoriya?
With that thought Midoriya's heart swelled, and he got a pretty stupid smile on his face. He finally calmed downed and left the room to hope Shigaraki would feel better later.
He had laid down on the couch instead. Wondering what to do. He had already read a lot of the books the base had. Which actually wasn't a lot.
Instead, he decided to watch TV. He had nothing really better to do. So as he was flipping through channels a certain name caught his eye.
The name Shoto Todoroki had appeared on a news channel. While watching, he had gathered enough information to understand that the heroes had blamed the L.O.V for his death.
Whether that meant Bakugo had told lies, let them think it was the L.O.V, or they had covered it up for Bakugo's sake. Whatever it was it made Midoriya furious.
How could they have done that? The hero's he knew would and could never. Is this really how they were when he wasn't so starstruck over their power? Were these their true colors?
The thought of him being a hero now made him feel disgusting and shameful. How could he have been so blind?
He paused the news and sat in silence for a moment. He wanted to cry all over again, but he knew he shouldn't. Furthermore, he had to stop crying and stand up. Not only that, but he had to show the world the true heroes.
He'll talk about his idea later with everyone else. For now, he should plan and think. Flipping through more channels he found one decently interesting.
However, even though he wasn't really watching he decided to keep it on anyways.

Dinner had been cooked by Dabi that night. Shigaraki and Midoriya had a tiny reunion. Even though they have been away for only a day they missed each other so much.
Shigaraki had held Midoriya a little longer than usual, but both paid no mind to it.
Yet, they all still ate in silence. Despite the one moment Dabi accidentally cut himself and Toga freaked out. Then, they had to chase both around the base.
Nothing was said afterwards though. Despite small laughter now and then. Everyone was in their own thoughts.
Midoriya had made a plan but had yet figured out how to tell them. Their lives had been so peaceful since Midoriya got there. Plus, part of him still wanted to go back to the heroes.
Pushing that part of him away he figured he would tell them after dinner. Maybe after everything was taken care of, right before bed.
So he offered to do some chores just to speed things up and stall at the same time. Until he finally figured it was time to tell them.
So as he finished putting clothes to wash he snuck over to Shigaraki's room. To his surprise, Shigaraki had fallen asleep. This time he looked peaceful.
His soft snoring entering Midoriya's ears. This made a few complications to Midoriya's plan. He had planned to tell them tonight. Seeming as they had no chores he guessed they had fallen asleep.
To bad... Guess it'll have to wait till morning. So he slipped into Shigaraki's arms like a cold cat snuggling into its owner.
With the warmth he had wanted to surround him all day, finally surrounding him he fell asleep believing this place was the safest place he could be.

That morning Midoriya woke up with complete silence surrounding him. Realizing they had left him.
So much for telling them important news.
So Midoriya wandered around. Looking for something to entertain him. He felt like a child. Super hyper and just looking for something to occupy him. Even if it was only for a few minutes.
So he did the unthinkable. He went outside.
Assuring that it was only for a small walk around the area. There were hardly any people and most of them were just as sketchy as him coming out of the alleyway.
He was walking outside with a simple beige coat and some sweatpants. To most, he would look like a simple jogger.
He looked at the clear blue sky. Feeling the warmth of the sun shining on his back. What he couldn't feel anymore were the eyes on his back.
The observant one in the crowd.
