-Rogue's P.O.V-

No , he's wrong . I don't love her ....

Thats what i've been trying to tell myself since Sting asked me if i love Lucy . I left his house , leaving him there . I needed to think .

-Lucy's P.O.V-

I was walking towards the library and a guy bumped into me .

" Ouch ! " I fell to the ground . I felt like this have happened before ... Ah , Mira .

" Ah , sorry . " The guy reached out his hand to help me up . I held his hand and stood up , brushing off the dirt off my skirt and boots .

" Its fin- " My eyes widened in surprise .

" Rogue ! " I smiled .

" Eh ? Ah , L-Lucy ! " He stuttered .

Why is he stuttering ?

-Rogue's P.O.V-

I stuttered , this isn't like me . This isn't me . I mentally slapped myself , trying to be like the normal , emotionless me .

" Why are you here ? " Lucy asked .

" I left Sting's house and now im going back home . " I told her .

" I .. See . " She looked down . Seems like ' Sting ' Is a taboo word .

" Where are you going ? "

" Librar- " She was cut off by someone calling my name .

" Rogue ! Your phone ... L-Lucy .. ? " Sting was walking towards me but he stopped . He saw Lucy , i turned back to Lucy and saw tears in her eyes , she was trembling . I stood infront of her to block her view of Sting , i held her hand from behind to calm her down . Then Sting ran towards us .

" Your .. Phone . " He handed me my phone and i took it . He was looking at Lucy and i didn't like that .

" Lucy , can we talk ? " Sting asked Lucy .

" We have nothing to talk about . " She walked out from behind me and faced Sting .

" You two .. " He looked at our hands , holding each others' . I can feel anger from him . But maybe Lucy didn't like me holding her hand so i tried to let go . Surprisingly , she held it tight .

" Yes ? You are interrupting our date . " Lucy lied to him . I played along and showed him our hands , more clearly . I held her hand tight . I didn't want to let go . Her soft and warm hand .

" We are together now . " I told Sting .

" L-Lucy , didn't you love me ? Then why are you with Rogue ?! " Sting shouted .

" You left me , for Yukino ! Sting , can't i have my own happiness ?! " Lucy shouted back .

" You just met him yesterday ! Ah I see , you were this type of person all along . Who knows if you said you like him today and tomorrow you'll say it to another guy ? " Sting said and Lucy held my hand tightly , now her eyes are filled with tears of anger and disappointment . Sting wasn't this type of person . His jealousy made him like this.

" Am i hearing this right ? This was said by the one who confessed to me and a few days later i see him kissing another girl . Great , just great . " Lucy was going to start crying .

" Sting , leave . You're making her cry , why did you become like this ? Its too late now that Lucy's mine . " I spoke and Lucy looked at me , blushing a little with tears in her eyes . It pained me to see her hurt .

" Lucy , i'm sorry but i really love you . I still think of you everyday ! I can't help it !"

He confessed again , in front of me . I punched him .

" What are you saying ?! She's mine now ! Get it ? " I started walking away and Lucy followed , our hands still holding tightly . I can see her still glancing back at Sting . Maybe i did too much . But i didn't regret it , it was for Lucy . Just now she said she was going to the library right ? Then i walked the direction that the library was at .

-Sting's P.O.V-

Rogue punched me ? I stood there , dumbfounded . Now Lucy is really out of my reach , I shouldn't have lied to my feelings and gone to Yukino . I'm regretting it so much , but its just as Rogue said ...
Its already too late . I wiped my blood off my lips and started walking to a club , i wanted , more exactly ... I needed to drink till i forget my feelings .

-Rogue's P.O.V-

When we were inside the library , i let go of her hand . I held it for too long , i was a little embarrassed .

" R-Rogue , thanks .. " Lucy told me .

" For ? "

" Saving me from tears . " She smiled and i patted her head . It was soft and silky . I then moved to her cheeks , not realising what i was doing . I cupped her cheeks and said ...

" Can you go out with me ? I'll help you forget about Sting . It doesn't matter if Sting is still in your heart , i'll still love you . I have the patience to wait for you . " I confessed . She blushed .

" Rogue ... "

I smiled at her , hoping that she wouldn't reject me . Just let me experience happiness with her, even if its for only awhile .

I held her hand again .

" Thank you . " I smiled , happiness was already building inside me .

" Rogue , i feel that it will take quite long for me to forget him . And i might even can't forget him . But still , do you want to help me forget him ? "

" Of course , i'm prepared . " I said with a determined look . Although i know she can't forget about Sting .

" Okay , thank you . " She smiled and i kissed her cheek . We blushed afterwards but laughed too .

" Please keep your voice down , this is the library . " The librarian told us . We sweat dropped but giggled after that . I'll do my best to keep this happiness .

I know this is a StingLu fanfic ... Er i'll try my best to keep it that way ! :) Sorry for the short chapter . I found out that chapter 9 has a problem , does this happen to all of you or only me ? If it does happen to all of you , please forgive me ! It just shows how Lucy met Mira , Levy , Wendy , Erza , Juvia , Gajeel and Gray and they ate and talked together , so its not really important ..
