The Game

The beginning

I looked outside my rainy window. It was raining all day and it looked like it wouldn't stop. I took a deep breath. Where were my parents? I hadn't seen them all day. I woke up from my thoughts when the phone rang. I got up from the couch i was sitting on and walked to the kitchen. "Hi this is Lisa , what can i do for you?" I asked through the phone. "Hey honey. This is your mother, your father and I are going to a business meeting and will be home at 11 pm. I hope everything's alright?" A smile came on my face. "Yeah, everything is fine. I'll see you soon, be careful" my mom said the same and i hang up. I walked back to the living room and turned on the television. I sat down on the couch again and pulled my legs up. I picked the remote and zapped trough the channels until I found something interesting and laughed about a mouse that got chased by a cat. I looked at it until it was over. Before I could zap again, the doorbell rang. I got up and walked into the hallway. I opened the door and saw my friend standing with a bag in her hands. "Hi, how are you?" I asked while i letted her in. "Hey, i'm fine. How about you?" She layed the bag on the ground and pulled out her jacket. "Yeah, me to. What's that?" I asked while i pointed at the bag. She looked at it like she didn't knew what I meant. "That's a.. Uhh.. Oh yeah, that are cupcakes. My mom made them for us" I smiled. "Come further, that's so nice of her" we walked to the table and layed the cupcakes all over it. "That's a lot" i said and started to laugh. She looked at it and laughed to. She picked a chocolate cupcake with a pink topping and sprinkles and walked to the couch where she sat down. I picked a cupcake with a blue topping and chocolate chip and sat next to her. " so, have you did anything nice on your vacation?" I asked while I took a bite from my cupcake. " yeah, you don't know what you missed! It was so beautiful in Spain! The weather was so nice, just like the people that live there! I ate a lot of tapas and even learned a couple words!" She was so excited when she spoke, she almost dropped the cupcake. "It sounds wonderful, but please calm a bit down before you drop it" i laughed while i pointed at the cupcake. She looked at it and quickly started to eat it like she was forgotten that she had it. She spoke further about how her vacation was, about the beautiful sights, the awesome parties, the beach and the delicious food she ate there. I looked at her, her long brown hair was tied up into a messy ponytail and her skin was tinned by the sun. After we finished eating our cupcake we got another one and she got a message. She picked her phone and looked at it. She stopped chewing and slowly became white. I looked at her. " what's wrong?" I asked while i tried to saw what was wrong. She got up and putted her phone away. "Nothing, i have to go. Someone is waiting for me. I'm sorry, bye babe" she said while she quick started to put on her jacket. I stood up and walked after her. "Okay bye , if anything happens, just call me right?" She looked at me and shakes yes. I opened the door and she stepped outside. I looked while she put her key in her bike and she waved at me while she rides away. I got inside and walked upstairs to my room. I opened my closet and looked for something nice to wear. I picked out a black skinny jeans, a white tanktop, white sneakers and a black beanie. I put them on and walked to the mirror in my room. It was big enough to see myself. I looked at myself, i had long blond hair until my lower back, brown eyes and a light tanned skin. I walked into the shower and brushed my teeth, combed my hair and putted on my make up. I looked at my phone. If i was quick, i could be on time at my friend house. I walked downstairs after the last quick check and picked my keys and jacket. I wrote a letter before i got outside. ~hi mom and dad, I'm at my friends house in case you get earlier home. I'll be home at 10 pm. Love you xx Lisa~ i putted the note on the table and walked outside. I picked my bike and quickly ride to my friends house.
