Renee stared out of the car window looking into the inky blackness of her life, she was wondering where her relationship had taken a sour turn. Their relationship had been sweet and loving but now it was just full of hate and loathing. She had thought about leaving before but didn't have the heart to leave Hayden all alone with his problems.

She was interrupted from her thought when the police car in front of her (the one Hayden was in) took a turn whereas the car she was in had continued on straight.

'W-Where are we going?' Renee asked in a small, timid voice her throat was still sore from the events that took place earlier.

'Men and women aren't kept in the same prison.' The police woman said with sympathy.

'Oh..' Renee would've been happy that she wasn't spending time around Hayden but both of them were on there was to prison.

The rest of the car ride was silent. The only thing she could think of was her relationship, over and over again wondering what went wrong. They had been fine a couple of months ago, talking about the future if they would have children and what their wedding would be like but a few months later all they could do was argue.

'What went wrong?' Renee whispered to herself while silently crying once again.

'What was that?' The police woman asked.

'Nothing.. um..' Renee stuttered, wiping her tears away.

'Yasmin, that's my name.' Yasmin had said Renee could hear the smile on her face. ' You seem like a nice girl if you keep up the good behaviour you'll be out before you know it.'

Renee was relieved to hear that although wasn't sure what she would do when she got out of prison. She couldn't go back to that house with all its bad memories and she could go back to Hayden. Maybe she could ask Penny to stay with her, she was still mad at her for calling the police but her anger was beginning to die down and she was starting to understand Penny's reasoning.

Renee was once again taken away from her thoughts as Yasmin had taken a right turn.
