It's decided that Sal Fisher is a threat to The public and he will be given the death penalty in a week from now.
NO!I screamed at the TV as I packed my things in my backpack (including the pepper spray my mother had given to me to protect myself when I was alone). I have known Sal since we were toddlers but, unfortunately when I was 12 me
and my family had to move to the other side of
the country due to financial reasons. Although I
no more lived near him we were still very good friends and we talked on the phone almost daily.
We also visited each other sometimes. We
completely trusted each other and we still do. He
had told me everything that happened at the Addison apartments, and I know Sal more than I even know mysef so I can tell you one thing:
Sal Fisher is not a liar neither is crazy.
I had to act quickly. I took the train immediately and went
to find him. It was a long ride so I had food and water with me. Suddenly anxiety overwhelmed me and thoughts ran through my head "What if I don't get there in time?" "What am I going to do when I get there?" 1 CAN'T LOSE HIM" After a while I passed out.It was a dark, foggy afternoon and I was in the middle of nowhere. I didn't have any of my stuff except a tiny folded piece of paper in mny hands. I
unfolded it only to see written on it "TODAY IS 6 NOVEMBER> I realized what day it was. SAL NO! I yelled as I ran towards nothing. My legs started to feel heavier as I continue to run and suddenly I could not move at all. I looked down to see what's going on and then I turned my head up. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was Sal dying right in front of me by an electric chair. I could not do anything about it but scream."I woke up in panic as I started to recognize the place around me. I was still on the train. Was it a
nightmare? I thought to myself as my heart was still pounding and my hands were sweating. I
started to calm down a little bit and I looked out of the window to see the beautiful blue sky."The
color is just like Sal's hair" I thought. The rest of the trip was quite peaceful and I finally reached my destination. I turned my GPS on and went to find the prison Sal was in. After 30 minutes of walking and asking people around I finally found it. I went in as a visitor. I saw him.
He didn't look okay at all.SAL-What are you doing here, are you crazy?
ME -Listen to me carefully. I am gonna get you out of here. I know how.
SAL- No, you can't do that, you're gonna get in trouble and risk your life besides... I'm already
doomed.ME-Sally face, 1 know you since I can remember my self. I won't let this happen even ifl risk my
freedom for it.SAL- But-
ME- Don't you trust me?
SAL-I do but-
ME-Then meet me at the prison's playground tomorrow the same time.
SAL - I have no other choice, do l?
ME- No you don't, now go get some rest because it's a big day tomorrow okay idiot?
SAL-Okay dummy...
He said and I smiled to him. I could tell that he was smiling too from his eyes. I went to a motel
to spend the night there. I woke up at around 7 A.M. And I couldn't drift back to sleep, so I got up, got dressed, took my stuff and left from the motel to take a look around the town. I had plenty of time before the big plan in the afternoon. I saw my old neighborhood, my old school and buildings which I had forgotten about. I went to the local park, sat down and relaxed for a little while as I watched a little kid next to a fountain feeding the pigeons bread crumps. Later, as I was wondering in town I found
some crowbars besides a metal bin. "This is gonna be useful" I thought and grabbed 1. The time had come so l went to the jail and met Sal at the jail's playground through a brick that was missing on the wall.
