What if he made a mistake?

Her scent was unbearable. My throat on fire. I calculated how long it would take to kill the 21 lives in the room. 0.1 second to snap each of there necks, right side to left. It left her only a split second to see and react to the mass homicide i was to commit. 1 hour Edward, just one hour. 1 hour and 21 lives will walk out these doors and i will leave. No trace of my existance would be left behind, only horrific memories.

Her porcelain cheeks, were overpowered by the thick red bodily fluids behind the thin layer of skin. Sudden fantasies filled my head.

My teeth deep in her jugular vein, her limp body in my arms.

Mr Banner spoke in slow motion,"Edward what is the difference between a roothair cell and a neutral animal cell?"

I breathed in. Horrible mistake.

That was enough, her scent over road me almost controlling me. I couldnt stop myself. I was out of my seat at a in-human pace. I couldnt wait. I got the girl first.

Her blood was perfect. Sweet, and just perfect. It was all over in a moment. She was gone. The fear her last emotion (fear) was frozen there in her chocolate brown eyes.

I forgot were i was for a moment. Thats when i heard the first scream. I looked up, eyes red with bella swans blood.

"Now for the other 20."

I was going mad. Mad for blood. Decades of work to be better were put behind me and forgotten for one girl...

One girl caused 20 others to die that day without knowing. I remember it as if it was yesterday. Now i live in the mountains in the depths of Alaska.

To the humans, the cause of 21 humans fate are still unknown. I will forever live with a guilty conscience. I had seen my future through the eyes of Alice before i ran. We could have got married with a child. One inconvenience, she was pale and cold. Her diet would have been blood...
