Draco eyes Fallon from the back as Snape lectures. He sensed that there was something wrong with her during their lunch at Hogsmaede a little over a week ago. She has been slightly less wordy with her words towards him, and It was weirdly upsetting. It is as if he actually misses her."Class dismissed."
Snape monotonously announces.
Students began to rush out of the room as Fallon packs. Something inside of his brain is telling him to walk out, to leave her in the classroom, but he doesn't want to. He wants to wait for her, even if she hurts his ego with her words; he still wants to walk side by side with her as the smell of toasted coconut mashes with peppermint and cologne.
He walks over to her. He is not too close to her, nor too far. He is waiting in front of her desk as she packs her bag. She looks up to him for a second before slinging her book bag over her shoulder. They walk side by side in silence, not one of them uttering a word. No insults, just silence.
"Your spiteful mouth has been awfully quiet this week."
He taunts.
"Yeah, so is yours."
She says as they walk through the halls.
A small tug on his lips, a smile appears just for a second before shuts it down. He weirdly missed this. He can't explain it, because he gets hurt and angry whenever they fight, but it feels better than silence. It feels way better than to not have her by his side.
He side eyes her, not wanting to make it obvious that he is staring at her. Her face is resting, making her look unamused. Her mascara is slightly smudged because the day is half way done, but her lips are glossy. He notices her stiffen for a moment before her eyes slightly widen. He follows her gaze to Dean, who is just passing by.
Dean glares at Fallon with the most spiteful look in his eyes. Her hands are fisting hard enough for her nails to break into the skin of her palm. Draco shoots a quick glare towards Dean, causing him to look down to his feet. He notices how her hands soften before turning towards him. He quickly looks away to the side, away from Fallon.
Draco and Fallon walks towards the dining hall, side by side. Neither of them are smiling, but they both don't look angry or annoyed.
"Fall!"
Fred exclaims before slinging his arms around Fallon's neck.
"I got that spliff that you wanted."
He whispers, causing Draco to stare at Fallon and Fred's closeness.
Draco could not hear anything that Fred whispered, but he could hear Fallon say,
"Give it to me on the astronomy tower then, after tonight's ravenclaw party."
Draco's eyes widen a little as his mind goes to the gutter. He shouldn't care about who Fallon gets with, but for some reason, he felt a small rush of jealousy.
Fred smirks before letting Fallon go.
"See you at midnight!"
He exclaims before jogging in the opposite direction.
She ran her hand through her hair as she continued to walk alongside Draco. He could not help but stare at her with his nose slightly scrunched up.
"What?"
She asks, attitude lacing her words.
"You're shagging a Weasley?"
He asks harshly.
Fallon raises her brow as she looks at him with a confused look.
"Shagging?"
She asks, genuinely confused on British slangs.
Draco scoffs as he rolls his eyes. They walk into the dining hall, side by side as Daisy waves to Fallon. Draco decides to sit with Blaise, Daisy, and Fallon, excusing it as a way to get closer to her for his plan.
"Hey, Blaise."
Fallon greets as she sits next to Daisy.
Daisy is sitting in front of Blaise while Fallon is sitting in front of Draco. Blaise is drinking soup while Daisy digs into her salad.
"What does 'shagging' mean?"
Fallon asks, causing Blaise to choke on his soup.
"Jesus, Fallon, you almost killed Blaise."
Daisy jokes as she pats Blaise's back to relieve his cough.
"Shagging means to fuck, Fallon."
He coughs out as Daisy rubs his back.
Draco pretends to not be involved as he began to eat his lunch. He thought that Fallon was less innocent.
Stupidity, that's it.
She isn't innocent; she's just a stupid American.
He reasons in his head as he takes a glimpse of Fallon.
She lost her virginity in a party to a stranger for fucks sake, of course she isn't innocent.
He thinks.
"Why did you ask Blaise that question anyways?"
Daisy asks with a chuckle, still not over how randomly Fallon brought it up.
"Draco asked me if I 'shagged' Fred, and I was confused."
Fallon says.
Blaise glances at Draco with a sly smirk, causing Draco to stare back him. Blaise raises one eyebrow to him. Draco rolls his eyes, wanting to hint that he is irritated by Blaise's suspicion.
♡︎☀︎︎♡︎I finish eating my food as Pansy comes into the dining hall. She is clutching a paper flier, talking to Stephanie and Abigail as she takes a seat that is not so far from me. All I can hear is "dance club" and "quidditch." Feeling curious, I stare at the flier from a distance as I take snatch a cherry from Draco's plate. I plop it into my mouth as I began to stand up.
I walk behind Pansy, staring at the flier for the dancing squad auditions. I lean against the table, in between the space of Abigail and Pansy. Pansy glares at me as I snatch the paper from her. I chew on my cherry as I read the time and date.
"You shouldn't audition, mudblood."
She bosses, making me want to audition more.
"Why? Are you threatened?"
I ask, causing her to furrow her brows.
She doesn't say a word, it is as if she cannot come up with any come backs. I smile, knowing that she is actually threatened by me. I stand up before placing the flier back in front of her.
"See you tomorrow at five, pug face."
I say as I walk back towards my seat.
