but we are lost in hayama at the beach
late at night with dying phones.

before you could even reply
there's an announcement for a train back
to tokyo. you look over at akaashi and roll
your eyes.

wait where's bo?

i thought he was going to the
bathroom. i'll be right back stay here.

akaashi got up and walked away
from where we were sitting and went to go
look for bo. you hear the sound of people walking
around you and suddenly remember the reason for this
late night adventure with you friends.

the familiar feeling of sadness and anxiety over
came all the happiness your friends have given you
tonight. the reminder of being alone tomorrow and probably
the rest of the week create a heavy weight on you. before you
can overthink anymore you're literally pulled out of your thoughts by someone tugging on your hoodie.

akaashi keiji
i found him but we also missed
also missed the train back to home
because bokuto got distracted trying to
find something to eat.

bokuto kotaro
akaashi i'm starving i feel like
like i'm going to die, are you just going
to let me starve to death when i could
have gotten food.

mmm you know what sounds
good right now bo? a big bowl of
hot ramen. hey we should look for
a place around here.

i think you two forget we have school
tomorrow and we still have an hour and a half
train ride back home.

akaashi gives me a look as if saying to back him up,
but then we all hear a loud gargling noise. akaashi raises his brow
while looking back and forth at me & bo basically
asking which of our stomachs just spoke up.

kaashi maybe eating wouldn't
be so awful, we already missed
the train and bo is dying over
there i mean what could—

before i could even finish akaashi and bokuto
are laughing their asses off at me.

so it was your stomach that made
that god awful noise?

y/n if you were hungry you could have
just said so, putting all the blame on me wow.

man i'm just hungry, you guys
are ass can we please eat something
before i starve to death?

akaashi gets up while still chuckling at me slightly
and holds a hand out for me to grab onto, i playfully push it away and get up on my own walking past them a bit.
bo pulls me back and puts an arm around me almost
i'm a choke hold. he starts going on about how great the food is going to be considering how cold it is right now.

i mean considering earlier and everything i guess?

around my favorite people. hehe thanks

i smile up at akaashi and bo. they make me
feel at ease and free, they're my comfort in this world full of
bullshit and even more bullshit people.

i hope you all like it and aren't too disappointed,
remember it's a slow burn and i wanted to kind of establish the kind of friendship they all have together, as akaashi will play a big role in helping y/n through some past trauma and stuff :)
