Chapter 2: Betrayal

 *Then what happened Traffy?* Chopper asked as Sanji handed everyone something to drink as the rest of the crew looked at Law even his own crew looked at him,half of them didn't remember the whole story of what happened to Lex or don't remember him at all but as Law took a sip of his drink he soon saw Jinbie walk onto the main deck"J-Jinbei"Law said as tears formed in his eyes once more but Jinbie smiles softly" I'm not the only one here Law" Jinbie said as he stepped to the side. Law's eyes widened with anger as he saw Eustest Kid walked out looking at Law" Hey there, T....WHOA!"Kid was cut off when Law put his sword right on Kid's throat" Give me a good reason not to cut your head off and give it to Kaido" Law said with anger but Jinbei lowered Law's sword" Let him tell his side of the story Law but also let him tell you why he did what he did years ago" Jinbei said, soon Law lowered his sword and looked at Kid"Talk,why did you betray us...betrayed Lex," Kid sighed as he looked at Jinbei, the Straw Hats, his old crew,and at all before telling his side of the story of what happened between him and Lex. "As months past the Heart pirates protected the people of Wano from Kaido and his men but I was captured and was face to face with Kaido, I was scared cause I thought he was going to kill me but he told me he had different plans for someone like me, he told me if I can get my crew alone he could take Law out of the picture and make me the new captain and I believed him so, I told the crew to meet me at a small run down village cause I had to tell them all something, but, Kaido lied and set a trap for all of us." *FLASHBACK* "You bastard Kid, you sent us into a trap!" Law yelled as he fought off some of Kaido's men alongside the rest of the crew, Jinbei, and Lex, Kid just watched in horror as his crew, his family were either being slaughtered or badly wounded but the fighting soon stopped as Bepo screamed in horror" He's here!" Law looked up in horror as well as everyone else as they saw the King of the beast finally arrive" Kaido!" Lex growled as he took out his sword soon stepping in front of everyone looking dead up at Kaido who looked down at him smirking. *END OF FLASHBACK* Kid had tears falling down his face as he looked at Law with pain in them" I never meant to hurt you, the crew, or to have captain get...that day, it will always haunt me till the day that I die Law" Kid said as looked at Law who wasn't even looking at him anymore. "Law,what happened to your captain and Kaido after the trap?" Brook asked but Law never said a word as he tried his best to fight the tears that wanted to fall from his face,his body trembled as he fought them soon Jinbie said the words Law hated the most "Kiado killed Lex right in front of Law from his dragon blast, knocking Law out"Jinbie said sadly as he looks over at Law who was trembling from the tears in his eyes.
