Thia was having dinner with the Stilinskis in the Sheriff's cruiser, they had settled for some burgers which Stiles and Thia had picked up before walking back to the vehicle.
Noah then asks his son "Did they forget my curly fries?"
Thia takes this to tease her boyfriend from the backseat of the cruiser already knowing how the sheriff would answer, "Yeah, Stiles. Did they forget his fries?"
Stiles turns to give her a look before telling his father, "You're not supposed to eat fries, especially the curly ones."
As expected the sheriff answered, "Well, I'm carrying a lethal weapon. If I want the curly fries, I will have the curly fries."
Exasperated Stiles says, causing Thia to become more amused by the father and son, "If you think getting rid of contractions in all your sentences makes your argument any more legitimate, you are wrong."
The sheriff shoots his son with an annoyed look causing the couple to chuckle.
The sheriff's police radio then turns on, and as the dispatcher finishes speaking Stiles goes to answer, getting his hand slapped by his father.
Thia chuckles a little until the dispatcher tells the sheriff what's wrong and which causes her to ask Stiles, "What's going on?" "A murder."
The sheriff then drives them to the movie rental place where an ambulance already sat outside.
Sheriff Stilinski exits his vehicle and tells both teens, mainly his son, to stay in the car.
Behind said ambulance Thia spots her friends and gasps, "Oh, my God. Are those Jackson and Lydia?"
Stiles then begins to exit the car, trying not to get noticed, but then he says, too loudly, causing his dad to give him a look of disbelief, "Oh, whoa, is that a dead body?"
Not long after the sheriff drives Thia home.

The following morning Thia's in Allison's bedroom before they head to school. Suddenly a knock on the door causes both girls to turn and see Kate walking in.
The blonde woman points at her eldest niece and says, "Hey. Listen, you know I feel totally horrible, about my behavior the other night, right?"
"Oh, totally forgotten."
"No, not forgotten by me. Come on. Call me a horrid bitch or something."
"You were just being protective."
"I was being a protective horrid bitch who is giving you your birthday present early so you'll forgive her. And yours for future reference."
Kate then hands both girls a small red box, which both girls open with a smile and a small gasp. "Forgiven?"
