I went into Avery's room to check if she was ready,I knocked on the door she knocked back as it was our signal to let someone in, I went and sat on her bed and watched her finish up her makeup.
"Can I take a photo of you and put it on my Instagram story" I said knowing she was going to say no.
She replied rapidly "as along as you can't see my face clearly and I'm not tagged"
I agreed surprised she was letting me and in under a Minute I had over a thousand messages asking who it was
Here came the big question
"Averyyyyyy"
"Yesss?"
"Would you like to be in the sidemen hide and seek video"

Avery's POV

Omg did he really just ask oh no I mean I would love to but Idk how the fans would react and I didn't know them and all these thoughts filled my head
One at I time a figured it out
I've left school so I won't have people bugging me for clout from knowing the sidemen so maybe that's a sign
In the heat of the moment I told JJ I would and he immediately picked me up and hugged me so tight I couldn't barely breath
I was finally ready to go and we walked to the Uber together it dropped us off at a forest.
"Are you secretly trying to kidnap me" I said jokingly
"Maybe" he gave me a wink
We kept walking until we saw 6 figures in the distance I began to sweat and JJ could tell, he knew I struggled with really bad anxiety so he squeezed my hand, I loved the boy so much.
Before I knew it I was standing in front of them blushing they all introduced themselves.
"I'm Tobi"
"I'm josh"
"I'm Ethan"
"I'm vik"
"I'm Harry"
"I'm Simon"
No way It can't be ..
"Hi I..I. Erm I am Avery I'm sorry Simon what is your last name .." I questioned
With a confused look on his face he replied
"Minter .. Simon minter ?"
My face went white ... I had been fantasising about one of JJ's friends.JJ asked me if I was okay and I just told him not to worry.
"Well I guess we better get started" josh said breaking the silence.
"We will get into groups of 2 and 1 group of 3"suggested producer kon.

Vik,josh and tobi
JJ and Harry
Avery and Simon"
I couldn't help notice that Harry looked upset
I'm starting in 3,2,1, go
"What's up guys today we are doing SIDEMEN HIDE AND SEEK and we have a special guest ..
Drum roll please.........
AVERY" JJ shouted and pointed at me.
"Hi" I said nervously looking into the camera as JJ stood close to me.
"Avery has been my friend since I was 16 and Im glad she can be involved in one of these videos, anywayyy Ethan is the seeker and is going to count to 50 in our groups we are going to hide first group to get found gets a forfeit" JJ shouted
Each team got given a camera
"OKAY GUYS 1,2,3 goooooooo"
We all ran in different directions, Simon pulled me along with him telling me he had the perfect place to go and we would never get found, I trusted him and let him lead the way.
"We are here" he smiled.
"woah it's beautiful " I whispered.
"just like you then" he said.
I blushed he was so nice and so was the place he took me to it was a little stream with flowers around it and a little bench.
"So you have known JJ for a long time huh" he breaks the awkward silence.
"Yeah erm we met at the end of high school and I became really close with Him and his family and they treat me like there own daughter" I replied,
"He never mentioned you impressive how he can keep such a pretty girl a secret"
I started shivering he could tell I was cold.
"Hey you okay do you want my hoodie"he said
I nodded as he wrapped his hoodie round me, it was just like the book I read as if it was coming true.
"FOUND YOU" Ethan screamed
Me and Simon looked at eachother and ran into a little cave, Ethan had just found Harry and JJ at least the weight of getting a forfeit got lifted of my shoulders
I felt Simon's hand touch my leg, I flinched and he apologised
"No no I'm sorry it's fine you just scared me a little" I said nervously
He placed his arm around me pulling me up close and I laid my head on his chest
I heard the voices of JJ and Ethan laughing I immediately moved away from Simon
Ethan peaked Into the cave
"FOUND YOU lol, you both look like you have seen a ghost jeez I'm not that scary" he pointed the camera in our face.
Simon crawled out and didn't look at me and Harry held his hand out to help me up his hand was quite sweaty and he seemed fidgety but I ignored it JJ immediately noticed I had Simon's hoodie on and dragged him away and it looked like he was angry.

JJ's POV

"Would you like to explain yourself"
"She was cold and shivering so I put my hoodie over her to warm her up" Simon whisper shouted
"She is my best friend don't try any funny business" I said with a deep glare.

Avery's POV

I could see Harry was looking at me, I turned to look at him and he turned away He grabbed my hand and took me aside so we couldn't here Simon and JJ.
"Are you okay" he said worried
"I ur I.. yes I'm fine" I said stuttering
He gave me a look and knew I was lying,
he asked for my phone and I didn't hesitate to give it to him he put in his number and gave my phone back he messaged me to make sure it came through and asked for my Instagram and I told him I didn't want him to have my Instagram which I could tell hurt him a little.
Simon and JJ came over and turned on the cameras like nothing had happened Ethan was already looking for the others so we went to find him.

Time skip 1hour

"SEE YOU NEXT WEEK GUYS BYEE!!" Shouted Harry
Relieved it was over I grabbed my phone and JJ took me to the Uber.
