"Mother and father aren't coming to send us off?" You ask, knowing the answer.
"Maybe next year Y/N.." Draco replied. You both let out a quiet sigh and got onto the train with your books and pets. You had spoken to Dumbledore about letting you bring your dog, coffee with you and he told you that you could as long as coffee was well behaved.
"coffee won't step one paw out of line, I'll see to it personally" you told your headmaster as you backed out of his office.
Now you were sat on the train facing Draco, sat next to the window with coffee asleep with her head in your lap while you slowly petted her.
"I can't believe he let you bring coffee.." Draco said, still shocked that Dumbledore allowed you to bring a dog instead of a traditional cat, rat or owl. You've never been a fan of traditions so why would you ever think of bringing one of those animals?
Coffee perked up at the mention of her name and Draco leant over to give her a good few pats and strokes.
"It's because i told him coffee is well behaved" you giggled "We're just going to cause mischief aren't we, girl" you said to coffee who was wagging her tail and looking up at you, expecting a treat probably.
The train came to a halt, and you saw a man with a lantern walk past your carriage.
"who on earth manages to get that tall!?" you exclaimed.
"What?"
"Did you not see that man? the man with the lantern?"
Draco simply shook his head.
You got up and attached coffee to her lead, "lets go"
The three of you got off the train. People stared at the platinum blonde twins and the light brown dog, a.k.a you, Draco and Coffee.
"Y/N why did we get you a dog again" Draco sighed
"Because my family didn't give me emotional support, she's called an emotional support dog for a reason Dray." You replied to the rhetorical question with an honest answer, ignoring the obvious toxicity and sarcasm that laced Draco's tone, matching his equally sour and angered face.
You saw three people get out of another carriage, they looked to be friends already. Then two other boys got out of another carriage and walked up to the boy who matched there hair color, seemingly teasing him. You scoffed and looked away, typical guy behavior.
The tall man walked over to the group, the dark haired boy seemingly knowing exactly who he was.
You nudged Draco, "See! Look at how tall he is!" You said gesturing to the man.
Draco looked up, eyes narrowing at the dark haired boy and the seemingly growing group of gingers. A smirk rested on your brothers face, that had never been a good sign.
"Dray?" You looked at him.
He turned away from the group and looked back at you.
"What were you staring at?"
"Y/N the rumors were true.. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts.." He said, turning back to look at the dark haired boy.

"Draco Malfoy?" The professor spoke.
Draco walked up the 3 steps to get to the stool, not even a touch and the hat announced your brother was a slytherin, both his and your eyes lit up.
You wanted to make father proud too.
"Y/N Malfoy?" The woman spoke again.
A few murmurs went around the room. Ah, yes, nobody actually knew about you. You stepped up to the stool and the hat was placed on your head, it seemed to struggle.
"Kind, smart and brave yet cunning... where on earth to put you..." You could hear it mumble.
Dumbledore was watching with fascination until the hat practically gave up and dumped you with your brother, like any other British school. You didn't mind though. You were going to make your father proud.
