After the tac completion the tat* began to glow and formed a slime-like shape and moved around that man's body. after moving around a bit the glow subsided on the men's neck and formed a shape of demonic-looking wings. sort of like this:

After that piece of tat was done the ink master turned out from his working zone and saw Hadrian standing side him.
He was men in his 30 maybe with a face matching Chris Hemsworth*.
