After since we came back from that cruise, she didn't look good.

She seemed so weak all of a sudden. She was so energetic and happy in the morning but she looked drained. Even her steps were obviously slow and heavy.

She still tried her best to smile at me but that smile, under that smile, she was hiding so many pain and I knew it. I neither need to ask nor wait for her answer. I knew that something was wrong.

My guess was wrong. Yes, she wasn't feeling good but far worse than I might have imagined. She almost stumbled and fell onto the pavement if I wasn't quick enough to pick her up. Her eyes were too heavy to keep open and her legs lost strength to walk.

I pulled her gently to the alley and offered her some water. She rejected of course and all of a sudden-

she threw up.

she threw up.

she didn't throw up normal things.

she threw up blood.

she threw up a large amount of blood.

And S-she

she threw up

still sharp

a glass shard.
