The Time We Spent

Chapter Two: Quidditch Practice

I am woken up by the sound of my alarm. I get up to go into the shower, when I get out I put on my robe and straighten my hair. I grab the Potions book that Draco had returned to me and walk to the Great Hall. I sit down with the Weasley twins, because they seem to be my only friends.

While the twins are telling me about the next prank their going to pull, Pansy makes her way over to us.

"Potter" She says in a disgusted tone, then she looks over to Fred and smiles, before walking away.

"Well that was odd" I say while looking at the twins while they nod in agreement. After breakfast I go to potions a little early and sit down to read.

When It got closer to the time for class in walks Draco and two of his goons. Draco takes a seat next to me while Crabbe and Goyle sat at the table behind us.

"I dont remember saying you could sit there" I say while rolling my eyes. He ignores the comment and starts looking around.

"What are you looking for" I asked but he just looks at me and says, "Oh sorry I'm just looking for where your name was on the chair" With a smirk on his face.

After he said that Snape walks in and starts his lesson. A few minutes into class Draco places his hand on my thigh and starts to bring it higher. I give him a death stare and whisper  "What are you doing" While trying to take his hand off.

"What dont act like you didnt enjoy it" he chuckles at his comment. "I didnt like it, plus your rings are cold" He smirks and winks while gathering his stuff. When he starts getting up I mumble "Arsehole" and he starts to chuckle. I pick up my books and leave the classroom.

I walk by Fred in the hall while on my way to the common room and he smiles at me and I smile back. When i get to the common room I sit on the couch and start reading. After a half hour I fall asleep with the book still in my hands and snoring lightly.

Draco is walking through the corridors with Crabbe and Goyle behind him. He can overhear them talking and laughing about the twins last prank. Draco thinks to himself *Hm maybe their not that bad afterall*

Fred can hear laughter coming from down the hallway. Draco walks by him and nods.

Draco walks out to the field and sits in a tree while reading. I wake up from my nap and go to my dorm to get ready to practice Quidditch. I get dressed and tie my hair into a ponytail. I walk down to the pitch and drop off some of my stuff.

Draco looks at me from a distance before getting back to his book. I hop on my broom and start warming up.
A few minutes later Draco yells my name. "POTTAH" I get startled and fall off my broom. "Bloody hell Draco"

He hops down from his spot in the tree and says, "Be more careful next time" while laughing "I didnt know I was that much of a distraction." I scoff while grabbing my broom.

"Maybe next time you shouldn't scare me" I say while rolling my eyes. "Ouch I didnt know I was that scary" He says while trying to look upset. "You know what I mean"

"You mind if I practice with you" He says while raising an eyebrow and smiling. "I have a feeling you would even if I said no"

He licks his lips and says, "Oh come on your looking at the best seeker" I giggle and eventually agree.

He hops onto his broom and takes off. "Come on slow poke" He yells down.
"I'm coming" I say while getting on my broom. He smirks and starts to laugh "Come on keep up" I giggle "I'm coming"

After and hour of practice I ask "Can we be done with practice I'm tired and I need to study" He smiles "Fine slow poke" I giggle and we both fly down and gather our stuff. Pansy walks over to us, "Hey Malfoy" she says with a smile on her face. "I'll see you around Draco" I say while walking away. "Hey Potter" Pansy yells after me.

"Pansy" I yell back. "Can we be friends" To be honest I was a bit shocked at her question. "Umm sure"

"Okay I'll see you around Potter" She says happily. "Wait Potter, do you think you can introduce me to that Fred boy" Of course she wanted something from me. "Is that the only reason you asked to be friends" I say while looking at her.

"Of course not, I dont pretend to be friends with people silly" She smiles. "Right, I'll see what I can do" I tell her while walking away. I go to my dorm to put my stuff away and shower.
