Chapter 1- Moving to a Foregin Place

Don't I hate moving. As daughter or a buissness man, I tend to move a lot. Dad always promised a "stable home." But I knew that would never happen. But it was for the best, I guess. This time, our new "stable home" was England. Land of the British. We stabled in Holmes Chaple in Chesire, North West of England. My cousin and I weren't looking forward to the tea and crumpets of the UK. Our plane landed in the airport, and we got our bags, and we were the first to leave that plane. My father, not to far behind us, told us to slow down. He caught up to us and said "Girls, please, calm down. I know you aren't very happy, but its for the best. You know I love you two and that is why we do this. As a family." Dad gave us a faint smile. We passed security and made it out. We got into a cab and headed off into our new home.

I walked through huge doors and my jaw dropped open. The entrance was immense. There was a small round table in the middle or the two huge, marble, stairways leading to the top floor. It literally looked like a castle to me. Thanya, my cousin, couldn't say a word. "Girls, you have your own rooms, but they're connected by a door and a small hall. The entry has your names on it, go settle down." Thanya and I walked up the right marble case. We found the room, chose the one we perferred, and  settled down. Our rooms had huge windows, so we had a bit of a view, "Tiffany," Thanya said. "I hope it's a good day at school tomorrow. I don't want to stand out anymore." I just sighed and nodded. I didnt want to stand out anymore either. Hopefully, tomorrow would be a good frist-day-of-school-in-the-middle-of-the-semester day.
