Height Of The Bench/Chair You're Using: Make Sure That The Bench Is High Enough That It Allows The Elbow/Upper Arm To Fall From The Shoulder and The Forearm To Be Comfortably Parallel to the Floor.
Distance Of The Bench/Chair You're Using: Make Sure That Your Far Enough That Your elbows Rest Slightly In Front Of Your Centerline And You Dont Have To Reach To Far To Make Contact With The Keys.
*Make Sure That You're Hamstrings Have Nothing Below Them And Allow Your Head To Float On Your Neck. Do Not Over Slouch.
Our Torso Needs To Move From The Hip Joint
We sit forward enough on the bench to allow the hip joint to move freely. If too much of our thighs are on the bench, our torso is forced back and it is difficult to move forward from the hip joint. Your heels shouldn't be off the ground. Feel Free To Add Something To Support The Heel.
