ELENA MILLER POV

*RING**RING*

"Ughhh...what the hell!?" I groaned out as I rolled over to shut off the alarm clock.

Just as I was about to go back to the land of dreams, my two monkeys barged into my room.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SIS!" Both of them shout in unison.

"So much for wanting sleep..." I mumbled to myself.

"No thanks! Why the hell are you two disturbing my sleep!?" I exclaimed in annoyance as I glared at them.

"Because today is your birthday...' Wes started, 'and before you ask, it was me who set the alarm." Isabella finished.

"First it's 8 am and thanks to your midnight surprise I slept at 1 am. Secondly, never again come into my room without my permission plus HOW THE FUCK DID YOU TWO WAKE UP EARLY?!!" I said now leaning against the headboard.

As much as I love these two monkeys, I hate them on my birthday...I don't even like my birthday.

"You're welcome for giving you a night to remember and...' Wes started 'actually, we never slept we were planning your birthday party this evening." As always Isabella ended.

When I am in a good mood I find, completing each other's sentences adorable but in situations like right now, God! I find it the most annoying thing in the world!

"Now come on get ready, you have to go dress shopping too!" Isa said.

I released a last annoyed groan as I headed toward my bathroom, knowing there is no way I am getting any more sleep!

"Your clothes will be on the bed!" Isa shouted behind me.

"OK!" I replied. After having a good bath, I entered my room in a robe and as expected found new clothes on the bed. It's always been like this since we were kids our parents make sure we always wear new clothes on our birthday, and I guess that habit stuck.

The clothes were nothing fancy, just comfortable. A pair of jeggings, a white shirt with small ice-creams on them, and a pair of vans.

I took a last glance in the mirror and went downstairs.

"The best part about my birthday! My favorite food on the table, ready for me to eat them!" I said beaming as I entered our kitchen.

"Come on dig in!" Wes said.

"No need to say twice!" I replied.

"You know we both understand that you don't like your birthday but you used to and we don't think mom and dad would like it if you spend the rest of your life not enjoying your birthday..." Wes said midway through breakfast. Causing me to freeze before resuming eating.

"I know that..." I said simply, causing them both to sigh.

None of us said anything for the rest of breakfast.

When we were all done we took the bouquets and headed to the cemetery in my car...
