The Warriors Code(Mandalorian OC Story)

Chapter 2

At Beacon Academy Ozpin was overseeing the Team naming ceremony as Zon, Tekra, Levos, and Photon were off to the side waiting for him to finish as Ozpin wanted to talk to them more about Abinh Dul and what type of weapons he possibly has with him. After the ceremony they were taking to Ozpin's office. Once they were in his office Ozpin sat at his desk as Goodwitch stood next to his desk. "Would you four mind removing your helmets so I can talk to you face to face?" He asked and they nodded and removed their helmets and Ozpin nodded. "Thank you. Now can you tell me exactly what kind of weapons that this Abinh Dul has and are selling?" He asked them and Levos walked over and placed a holodisk on his desk and activated it. "It seems that this ship had 18 crates of A280 Blaster rifles, 20 crates of DLT-19 Heavy Blaster rifles, 14 crates of Thermal Detonators, and it seems they even have some E-web Heavy Blaster Cannons." Levos explained and they nodded. "How many guns can a single crate hold?" Goodwitch asked. "One crate holds about 15 to 20 rifles each." Zon answered and she nodded. "However when it comes to Thermal Detonators a crate can hold anywhere between 80 to 100 of them." Levos added and they nodded again. "There's still a few crates left at the crash site so we'll go get them and either use them or give them to the authorities." Zon said and they nodded. After a few minutes of talking Ozpin took them to the room he was letting them sleep in. After he showed them the room Zon and Photon went to retrieve the crates from the wreckage. They loaded the crates into their ship which was a Corellian Engineering Corporation YV-929 Armed Freighter.

After they returned they got some rest. The next day the four of them woke up and got their gear together and went to eat breakfast in the cafeteria. They sat down at a table after getting food and removed their helmets to eat. A lot of the students were looking at them with a mixture of curiosity and confusion but the four of them ignored the stares. "So Zon what's the plans for today?" Tekra asked him and he looks at them. "Hmm well after hearing the other students here talk about those Grimm creatures I say we learn a bit about them in case we need to go against them during our time here!" Zon said an they nodded in agreement. "I think it'll be a good idea for us to split into two teams." Tekra said and Zon nodded in agreement. "Right. Tekra you and Levos head into the city and see what you can find, Meanwhile Photon and I will go to the Grimm studies classroom and see what we can learn about those Grimm things." Zon said and they nodded and finished eating. 

They then split up and Zon and Photon headed to the Grimm studies classroom. As they were walking to the classroom they encountered Ozpin and Goodwitch. "Good morning Gentlemen. Where are you two heading?" Ozpin asked them and Zon nodded. "We decided to attend the Grimm studies class to learn about the Grimm creatures." Zon said and Photon crossed his arms. "I would rather learn about possible enemies now instead of on the fly in a battle!" Photon explained and Ozpin nodded. "That is a wise decision. Well feel free to attend any other classes as well if you'd like." Ozpin told them and they nodded. "Thanks, Anyway we better get to class. It's disgraceful to be late to a teacher's lessons!" Zon said and Ozpin nodded and Zon and Photon walked off. They get to the classroom and walked to the back of classroom and sat down and they both removed their helmets and placed them on the desk as a sign of respect to the teacher. Again a lot of the students were staring at them not really knowing what to make of these two. 

They then saw team RWBY and JNPR run into the classroom a few minutes before class started. The two teams saw Zon and Photon in the back and Ruby waved at them and they just nodded as they sat down Blake glanced back at them. Yang leaned closer to her. "You think they'd be interested in helping me train?" She asked Blake and she raised an eyebrow. "Why do you want their help in training?" Blake whispered to her. "Well I have a goal in mind and I was thinking that if I could be trained by them I might be able to complete it!" Yang replied rubbing her hands together nervously. Blake raised an eyebrow slightly as she hasn't known Yang for very long yet this didn't seem like the happy go lucky girl she met earlier. Blake sighed softly. "To tell the truth I've actually been thinking about talking to them about trying to become a Mandalorian as well." Blake said looking at the desk. This shocked Yang and she looked at her teammate surprised. "You want to become a Mandalorian?" Yang asked and Blake shrugged. "I don't know but if they are really willing to allow Faunus to join them then I want to find out myself!" She said and Yang raised an eyebrow confused. Before they could continue their conversation though Port cleared his throat making  the two look at him and Port started class.

Port started to tell a story about his time as a huntsmen and Zon and Photon looked at each other. "His story is full of wisdom but the way he's telling it makes people want to fall asleep!" Photon said and Zon nodded in agreement. After his story he looked towards a cage. "I was planning on asking one of the students to fight this but I kinda want to offer this opportunity to one of you two. Would one of you like to show your skills in a battle against a Grimm?" Port asked looking at Zon and Photon. After a few seconds Photon shrugged and picked up his helmet and put it on as he stood up. "Sure. I'll go against it!" He said walking down to where Port was. Once he got there Port got his weapon and moved over ti the cage to get ready to open it. "Are you ready?" Port asked him as Photon pulled out his Vibrodagger. Photon nodded as he took up a stance to get ready to fight what was ever in the cage. "Ready!" Photon said and Port nodded swinging the axe blade on his weapon cutting the lock off the crate. The Boarbatusk inside it busted out of the cage and instantly locked onto Photon and charged at him. During the entire charge Photon made no motion to get out of the way until the last second. He moved out of the way and slashed it's back. The Vibrodagger cut through it's hide however it barely did any major damage to it.

Photon had noticed this and started forming a plan on how to take it down. The Boarbatusk looked at him and charged at him again. This time Photon positioned himself in front of the wall and waited til the last second before he activated his jet pack and flew up into the air and the boarbatusk slammed into the wall and wound up on it's back. Photon deactivated his jetpack and dropped down onto the boarbatusk's gut driving his dagger deep into it's stomach. He then twisted the blade and it squealed before it died. It then started to slowly turn into dust like particles and Port started clapping. "That was very excellent!" Port said smiling. "I can see why you Mandalorians are considered such great warriors!" He continued and Photon nodded. Zon walked down to him as the bell rang signaling the end of class. "You could have tried shooting it with your blaster!" Zon said and Photon shrugged. "I decided to handicap myself and use a dagger only!" Photon replied and Zon chuckled. "Alright. Let's go meet up with Tekra and Levos. Maybe they found something!" Zon said and Photon nodded and the two walked out of the classroom. Team RWBY watched them leave. "That knife is so cool! It cut right through the Boarbatusk!" Ruby said starry eyed. Weiss crossed her arms. "I can see why they're respected Warriors where their from." Weiss said looking at Photon. Blake was looking at Zon and Yang glanced at her. "How about we ask them together?" She said and Blake nodded slightly as she watched Zon and Photon head to the exit.
