Antagonist

Kim Taehyung

Taehyung fell on the ground with a loud thud. He sighed, eyes on the books he accidentally dropped after being pushed by a few jocks.

Everyday, it's the same.

Picking up his books, he hurriedly went to class.

He was a good student. Never failed his classes, never been late to school. He had a clean record and his merits weren't high.

But today, some of the popular kids thought it'd be funny to push him into the pool, soaking all of his clothes.

Good thing he was prepared for those kind of stuff. He always had a spare uniform in his locker.

Kim Taehyung, the nerd of the school. People considered him a geek. He was an outcast but he didn't care.

As long as he has his friends.

"Kim Taehyung. You are late?" The teacher asked, confused as this was the first time their top student is late to class.

"I'm sorry, Miss Go." He said apologetically, bowing to the teacher.

"It's okay. Take a seat." Miss Go was one of the nicest teachers in school. She'd never scold you even if you did something wrong.

Taehyung quickly hurried over to his place next to Jimin. His friend checked on him, realising his hair was wet.

"Did you decide to go for a quick dive or something..?" Jimin asked, tone a bit playful.

"I fell." Taehyung answered.

It was a lie, obviously but Jimin didn't want to force him to tell anything.

"Should've come with us." He retorted, earning a glare from the round glasses boy.

"Shut up. I'm trying to learn." Taehyung muttered, his hands searching for a pencil In his case.

"You're the only one." Jimin said, lazily throwing his head back.

Taehyung rolled his eyes, not interested to pay attention to his seeking attention friend.

"For the millionth time I am not doing your homework!" Taehyung shouted at the jocks.

He clenched his fists, trying to give them an intimidating look but it made the jerks laugh even more.

"You think we're scared of you?" One of them taunted, pushing Taehyungs' shoulder.

The boy chose to ignore them. He rolled his eyes, slinging his backpack to his right shoulder before walking away from the jocks.

They were about to go after him, but paused in their tracks because of his friend.

Min Yoongi.

"Hey, Tae! We've been looking all over for you. The usual spot?" Yoongi asked, casually placing one of his hands around Taehyungs' shoulder.

"Yeah! I was just about to go." Yoongi squinted his eyes, giving the younger a suspicious look before glancing at the jocks who were still there.
