I couldn't stop thinking about out memories. It's so old but so special. It's been a few months since I found out Y/N has lung cancer. I'm trying everything I can to make sure they stay healthy. "Hey Venti?" Y/n says. "Can we go to the garden outside?" . I nodded and grabbed their wheelchair so they can sit on it. I was starting to overthink about Y/N. I'm doing everything I can for them but maybe it'll make it worse. As we arrived outside, Y/n asked me to pick up some cecelias for them. I picked up about 50 of them. I gave the beautiful flowers to them. Y/n gently took a small sniff. "Ahh~ it smells-" A small cough interrupted them. "Y/n!" I hurry and grab the flowers from them. "Be careful ok?! That can hurt your lungs.." . "Venti.. you care about the most smallest things." They pouted. I grabbed their hands and wrapped them around mines. "Y/n.. I need you to realize something. You have a disease and as your best friend I..-" The hospital bell rang. It was time to head back inside. "We should go back in." Y/n said with a smile. "Yeah.. ok."
INSIDE
Whenever it was sunset, me and Y/n would talk about our old childhood memories which made me less stressed. Talking about our memories made me so happy. "Hey Venti?" Y/n asked. "Hm?" . "Can you maybe hum me a song with the lyre?"
I smiled as a grabbed the lyre. I started playing a song for Y/n as they fell asleep.
And as they music stopped, Y/n took her last breath.
"Thank you for making me something special. My last wish was to tell you 'I love you.' Y/n."
