After Wanda had left, Pietro sat on his bed wondering what to do. He could go run. But he did that almost all morning.
He decided to go to Y/n's room to see if she wanted to do something. But now that he has admitted, to Wanda and himself kind of, that he likes her he is afraid it will be weird. But he goes anyway.
When he gets to her room, the door is closed and he hears she is playing piano, and he decided just to listen from outside.
"Knock on my door, boy come home
You stay in my head

She had a great voice, he thinks.
"It's been way too long, what you waiting on?
'Cause I've been here, learning what the memories won't do

He listens to the rest of the song.
When she is done she sighs and he hears the piano close.
"If only he knew how much I liked him." He hears her say. Wait what. She likes someone else. He is kind of sad now but he will still spend time with her. As a friend.
He hears he start to walk to the door.
Pietro panics and doesn't know what to do so he just leans against the wall next to the door and waits for her to come out.
She opens the door and walks out down the hallway but the opposite side form Pietro.
"Hey." He says and she yells freaking out and turns around. And he laughs at her face when she turns around.
"Pietro?!" She says punching him in the arm for scaring her. "Why would you do that?!"
"I couldn't resist. It was just to easy." He honestly didn't mean to scare her but he played it off like he did.
"How long have you been there?" She asks.
"Oh, Uhm.. Just a little while." He says rubbing his neck awkwardly. "Long enough to hear you play though. You sounded amazing!" She blushes.
"Thanks. Wait so you can hear through the door?" She asks. She hopes he didn't hear what she said after.
"Oh no not very well just a little bit. Only the music and you singing. I wouldn't have heard any talking." Pietro says. Pretending he didn't hear what she said a minute earlier. "Where were you heading, before I scared you?"
"I was actually coming to try and find you and Wanda." She says. "To see if you wanted to keep watching the movie."
"Well Wanda went out with Nat, to go shopping I think or some girls thing." He says and Y/n giggles. "And as much as would like to watch that with just you I think Wanda would kill us if we watched the rest without her."
"Yes you are right. Hmm I wonder why they didn't invite me..." She thinks. He was wondering the same thing. "Well it's fine I'll just ask the when they get back. At least I get to spend time with you." She says and she smiles. She would probably rather spend time with that guy she likes, he thinks. But he smiles back.
"Yeah. What do you want to do?" He asks.
"Well we could go out." She suggests. "I can show you around New York."
"Sure that sounds cool! Let me just go change first." He says noticing he is in sweatpants.
"Oh yeah. Me too." She says. "Meet you in the kitchen in 30 minutes?"
