LISA'S POV
I sighed out of frustration as I was watching the students playing in the court. Rosie is beside me eating some chips, making a munching sound.
I have been avoiding him for like three days already and he's still not asking me why I'm so distant from him now. He simply doesn't care.
I just can't stop hoping.
We're obviously here because we will be giving the basketball players their snacks and all. Imagine that we all have to do this because we're part of the Student Council. It's not my fault, they selected me as the Secretary. If only I realized that Taehyung would be the President and would be like that kind of jerk, I could have just backed out.
Unfortunate life it is.
"Just wait me in the bench. I'll be distributing these." I showed her the water bottles I'm holding. Rosie nodded.
I went to the direction where the players were sitting and kind of having their breaktime. I immediately saw that boastful Jaehyun looking at me as if he's waiting. The captain playboy. Err...
"You may give that to them." Taehyung stated.
I drifted my eyes and gave water to each of them while the other officers are also helping us. I had no choice since no one had the guts to go near that playboy, they are all shy. As if. Ewww...
Why does even girls like him?
'Well, you liked an arrogant guy.' I thought. Yeah.
I offered him the water, "Here."
He was about to accept it but then...
"Can you open it for me? My hands are kinda--"
I opened it immediately and offered it to him again. His mouth formed an 'O' and smirked. Bitch you thought I'll fall inlove with that smile.
"You're nice." He said.
I didn't speak and put my hand on hold while offering his opened water.
He then get it. The smirk never left his thin lips.
"Thanks, pretty."
I turned my back on him with my annoying face. To my surprise, I saw Taehyung's annoyed expression when I put back the tray. What is his problem now?
"I'm done." I told the president. Which is the arrogant Taehyung.
I went back to Rosie and sat lazily on the bench. We don't have our next class, and we have 2 hours vacant so what to do now? The guards won't let us out so I guess we'll just watch the basketball practice?
Ah.
"What we gonna do now?" I asked.
"Watch the practice! Jaehyun's really hot." She fantasized.
"The hell no." I said, disgusted.
"Tss, that is because you are always taehyung." Rosie said.
"Lol. I don't want him anymore. And that Jaehyun guy.." I uttered and looked at Jaehyun for a sec. "He's good but kind of arrogant" I tsk-ed.
"Really you don't want Taehyung anymoreee?" Rosie unbelievably asked, smiling at me.
"Yeah? He think I'm head over heels for him? He thought." I told.
"He's looking at you tho." Rosie whispered.
"Who?"
"President Taehyung." She whispered louder again.
I looked at Rosie and shrugged. Why would he look at me.
So to make sure, I looked at the direction where Tae is and to my surprise, he is really looking at me. I immediately changed my gaze.
He looks so annoyed. Annoyed at me again? For the nth time? I am not even bothering him anymore. I won't go near him anymore. Tss.
"I don't care." I said.
"Yah! Really? It's Kim freaking Taehyung."
"What about him? What about it? I don't like him." I glared.
Rosie made a face, "That's new."
I sighed.
"You know, I just realized that I won't get anything from Taehyung. He probably likes Hanna that's why he is ignoring me and if so, I totally respect that." I said.
"And? You are still allowed to like him." Rosie appealed.
"Yes but I just can't stop myself from going near him knowing myself, that I really like him. So to respect him, I just want to move on." I muttered, matter-of-factly.
Also, Hannah irritates me so much. So to avoid getting irritated, I just have to move on from Tae so It won't affect me anymore when I see thim two together.
But to be honest, They don't look good together tho lmaoooo.
Saying the truth. Not being bitter.
"Is that so?" Rosie asked.
"Yeah."
"Then go for Jaehyun." She trailed off.
I Immediately gave her a disgusting look. What the hell. Really? Jaehyun??
"Are you kidding me?"
"Why? He looks okay, Lis." Rosie said even.
I looked at Jaehyun and judged him with his looks. Yeah, he's attractive. He's a sporty. Also an achiever.
But no.
"Are you even hearing yourself? If you want him then go pursue him, My God!" I stressed.
She laughed, "Lol, I like Jimin!"
My eyes rounded. What the hell?
"As if he would like you back. He's friends with the ignorant Taehyung." I rolled my eyes.
"And if he liked me back?" Rosie raised her brows.
"Then I'll do whatever you want!" I dared back.
"Hmmmm." She thinked about it.
My brows raised at her while I was waiting for her answer. Them she said "Ah!"
"What now?" I asked.
"You'll go talk to Jaehyun in the Game finals!" She winked and smiled sweetly.
I argh-ed. "Are you for real?"
"Do I look like I am joking? I want you to talk to him in the Game Finals! Infront of everyone!" She dreamy said.
I gave her an irritated look. I don't have a choice but to agree. I mean there's nothing wrong about it right?
I know Jaehyun's Parents becaus ethey are friends with my Parents so it wouldn't be that awkward to me.
Take it easy.
