~NATASHA

I prepared a basin of lukewarm water and a towel once I had laid him on my bed.

Why is Troy out here in the woods? Is he looking for me?

No. He can't be. I'm nothing to him or to the world.

I soaked the towel with water and squeezed it. I placed it on his forehead before letting out a sigh.

"Why are you here Troy?" I asked even if he's sleeping. But boy am I wrong!

"Na....tash...sha...," he whispered with his eyes closed. I stood up and crept out of the room. And when I got out, I jumped down from the balcony and ran through the woods.

Jumping like that is very easy for me. I've been like a huntress since I'm just a kiddo. Well actually, I'm planning to be one someday.

SNAP! I heared.

I swirled around and got into a fighting stance. But instead of someone, I saw a wild dog a few meters away from me.

Uh-oh! I reached for my knife on my ankle but I didn't feel it. Now I'm doomed.

Only option: Run and climb. And so I did. I ran and ran with the dog on my tail, snapping it's jaws at me. I should've stayed inside when I knew that I should be supervising Troy.

I panted between breaths until I reached a fallen log of a large trunk. I jumped over and sat, my back on it, while I hugged my knees.

I heared a growl and then a howl. Oh no, oh no! It's calling for back up! I'm doomed! Unless I have a weapon?!

I stood again and ran! I glanced back to see a pack of wild dogs chasing after me with their jaws snapping.

When I thought I was gonna die, a loud gunshot echoed throught the woods. The pack's ears all perked up and when another gunshot sounded, they all scurried away. Who was that?

"Miss, you okay?" A concerned voice said from my back. I turned around to see him!

"Nathaniel?!" I asked my voice full of shock and surprise. I can't be mistaken! We have the same eye and hair color! He's my fraternal twin! But he's taller and muscular than me now. He looked at me with confusion and raised an eyebrow. Oh goodness! I look like him when he do that! Well sort of...

"Uhm... Have we met? You seem...familiar, though I've never saw you around... And are you alright?" Oh. He doesn't know me. I frowned but answered anyways.

"I'm a-alright. And y-yeah we've met. But... Y-You were taken from us when w-we were little. Do you not r-remember me, N-Nathaniel?" My voice cracked. His eyes widened in realization before he engulfed me with his muscular arms.

"Natasha! God, I've missed you! I thought it was just my imagination playing tricks on me! God, I'm sorry Nat if I didn't know you quickly" he apologized. We stood for a while just embracing each other when I remembered about leaving Troy.

"Oh no... Uhm I got to go Nath. I forgot I have an injured visitor to tend to..." I trailed off awkwardly.

"Oh." He let me go but still held me at arms length. "But I'll come with you. We have a lot to talk about!" He excitedly said. I giggled. Still bubbly as ever, I thought.

"Of course! Come on now!" I said with a smile as I tugged his hand.

I really missed him. So much I wanna be with him again.
