Y- I just got a dm from Thomas petrou, he wants me to go to the hype house for a collab
A- for real
Y- yes!
Amelia sat up and looked at me with shock written all over her face. I could tell she was in disbelief, I was too. I love the hype house. They all seem so nice and so chill. I didn't know what to do.
A- you cannot blow these off too jasmine!
My nerves instantly set in. I know she was right. I had to take this opportunity. This is a big opportunity for me, but they live out in la, a big scary place with lots of people.
Y- I can't. I just can't imagine what I would be like. My nerves would get the better of me and I would just panic.
A- hey, look at me. This is a once in a life time opportunity, you either take it and move your career on, or you leave it and stay right where you are. I get that la is a big place and has a lot more people, but once you get there and settle down everything will be ok. No one is going to judge you jasmine, you're amazing I mean, look at you, you're literally perfect, you have no reason to be scared.
I had to smile. This is the reason this girl is my best friend. She gives me courage and without her, I'd be no one. I'd be sat in my bedroom probably reading or doing school work all day of it wasn't for Amelia. I honestly do love this girl.
A- come on, that are you waiting for, tell him that you'll go.

I don't quite know what to do. I know fine well that my nerves will get the better of me, but I'm doing this for Amelia. This is all she's ever wanted for me.

Y- I've just got to let them know which date suits me best then they're gonna pay for my flight and then I'll go over.
A- no way!! This is gonna be so good for you jasmine. I'm so proud of you!
She flings herself round my neck and just squeezes me so hard. I couldn't have a better best friend.
As the night comes to an end I decide that I'm gonna leave Thomas a quick message to let him know that I can go over next week. That seems so quick but I honestly just want to get this over and down with.
