Luigi Buys Condoms at Dollar General

The automatic doors of Dollar General beeped as they slid open, allowing a plumber wearing overalls and a green cap to walk inside. This man with a fantastic mustache was Luigi, and he was at this fine establishment at such a late hour to purchase some condoms. He walked quickly, after all, he was in a hurry. Someone was waiting for him at home.

As he walked through the aisles of the general store, Luigi's wife waited impatiently at home, due to Luigi forgetting to buy condoms before their date. Knowing he had to race to get done at the store and get back home before his wife inevitably got bored and went to bed, he quickly made his way to the condom aisle.

The aisle was lined shelf to shelf with dozens of different condoms, different sizes, different brands, colors, flavors, everything one could imagine. Luigi scanned these shelves quickly, and eventually found his usual brand and size. He nabbed a box of them and quickly headed to the check out counter, where he found a brand new problem.

The line was immense, to say the least. What so many people could need at this time of night was the least of his concerns right now, what he was worried about was getting his condoms and getting out of there. He looked around, and saw only one other check out lane open: with no one in line.

He quickly ran over to the new one, and set his condoms on the counter. Master Chief, who had taken up this job as a way to help fund his future projects in art, picked up the box, scanned it, and handed it back to Luigi.

"Yeah, that'll be $11.99."
"Okie dokie."

Luigi handed the man a $20 and started to walk away. "Keep-a the change.", he said, more worried about getting home than money. Master Chief nodded and then said one more thing as Luigi walked away.

"Thank you for shopping at Dollar General. Also, be careful out there sir. I heard there was a car crash this morning."

Luigi nodded to him, and then walked out of the store. As the doors closed behind him, he thought of his friends and family that brought him this far, and how he had grown as a person throughout this experience. And most importantly, he thought about how proud he was to be married to a woman who didn't mind waiting for him to drive down to Dollar General and back to buy condoms.

Finally, he headed back home and had some awesome sex with his wife.
