Third Person's POV
When Juliet (also known as Jay-Jay) was only five years old she learned that she was born into the Southside Serpents her being five, wanted to be included. Juliet was quite intelligent and observative so they struck up a deal with her, when she turned fourteen she could be a Serpent but she couldn't get the tattoo until she was seventeen.
Juliet's POV
First day of freshman year and my greatest concern was what should I wear. I eventually decided on going in 'Serpent Chic' which was black leather boots with black pre-ripped skinny jeans, a black crop, a dark magenta lipstick, a black choker, baby blue nail polish, hair down with loose curls, a red mini backpack, and to wrap the Serpent look up my black leather Southside Serpent jacket.
When I arrived at school everyone stopped and almost immediately started whispering about me. To be honest it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Everything that they were saying was true.
"She is the Southside Serpents' princess," someone whispered as I walked by.
"I heard she wants a Serpent tattoo but she wasn't aloud," okay that one was only half true, I'm not aloud until I'm seventeen.
As I walked past this dude I heard him whisper, "My dad said her mom was a serpent slut, wonder if she's one too," the dude whispered to his friend.
As he approached me I got ready to fight.
"Hey Jones!" he called out to me, "I'm Deuce, Deuce Clayton."
