Chapter 9

Park Jimin POV
The day of the awards,
I was watching at the sidelines as Cho-hee performed our song. I couldn't help but smile at her passion.
She was really beautiful while performing. I still treat her coldly because it was unfair of me to suddenly be like 'I like you now' after I just broke up.
"They are amazing right especially Cho-hee huh",Taehyung said.
I didn't hear what he said and just said,
"Yes..." I broke out of my daze when I heard the two of them laughing.
I realised what I had done.
"Umm...I mean she is alright I guess. I wasn't only looking at her", I tried.
"Yeah Hyung I'm sure you didn't only look at her", Jungkook teased and I hit him.
Suddenly the music stopped at their transition and Cho-hee fell down and I noticed the staff rushing them out of the stage for some reason.
We three looked at each other in shock and immediately rushed to the backstage.
I noticed the three of them in tears while carrying Cho-hee.
Jungkook rushed to his girlfriend and Tae was about to hold Cho-hee but my legs moved before that.
I carried her to their room with all her complaints. I did her first aid and it broke me to see her cry and me being helpless.
I left the room after that and I called Jin hyung.
"Hyung, did you see what had happened?"
"Yes, Jimin ah..I will see to it along with Joon and Hoseok", he cut the call.
I was very pissed, I know they worked hard for this stage and we experienced this when we were rookies as well.
I returned to the seat and the two of them returned after some time.
"She was sent to hospital", Jungkook said .
"Oh..okay then. Why are you telling that to me?" I said as if I didn't care but I was relieved.
"Hyung, we know how you feel. Don't hide it from us", he said and Tae nodded.
I guess I can't hide anything from these two. I smiled and said,
"I'm glad", they smiled at me.
The category of Best Rookie was announced and I was at the edge of the seat.
"The winner is One Hit Wonders. Chukkahae!!"
I immediately got from my seat and clapped hard.
"Call Cho-hee now!! Show her the speech", I said to Tae who did it immediately.
From the screen I could see her cry with happiness which made me very content. Her first award must mean a lot to her as well as them.
We returned to our dorms after congratulating the girls and when we reached I received a message from Hae-won noona telling us to come for a gathering tomorrow.
The next morning, we three went to Hobi hyung's house and all the people where there already.
I noticed she was not yet there...she must be tired.
Areum and Melee went to wake her up. She came after a few minutes and that pabo as usual was clumsy.
I was smart enough to know something like this was already nearby to become her cushion.
She was in shock and immediately got up after I complained about her being heavy but she was light as a feather to me.
I was pulled by Tae and I took my seat. She was not happy to sit next to me which broke me.
I guess I was being a jerk to her and I don't blame her for this behaviour.
After our gathering was over I overheard her manager telling her to take rest for 2 weeks.
Ouch ..she must be bored. I quietly went to Hae-won noona and said,
"I'll give her company for these two weeks, noona", I volunteered.
She looked at me with surprise and slowly smiled,
"Don't you have practice, Jimin ah?" She asked.
"I will come after I finish..please" , I begged and gave her a puppy eyes.
"Okay then, take care of her okay", she said as she pinched my cheeks.
I did a victory dance which I was seen my Joon hyung,
"Getting close to Cho-hee huh", he said while wiggling his eyebrows. I blushed at his comment.
"Hyung, you have no idea the things he does. He should confess fast",  Tae said.
"Easier said than done", I said and sighed. Joon hyung patted my shoulder while Tae put his hand on my shoulder.
The next day I finished my schedule fast and asked my manager fir leaving. He left immediately since he knows I worked all night.
I went to Hobi hyung's house and typed the code since he gave me the password. It was the twins birthday and noona's birthday combined.
I thought it was cute and the twins looked like both of them.
I went to her room and sae that she was sleeping.
Aish..she wouldn't know if a buggler enter and loots everything.
I went inside the bathroom with a cup and got cold water.
I hesitated before pour since she looked adorable while sleeping. But, her reactions are the best.
I poured it on her face and she jumped from the bed.
I was controlling my laugh as she looked liek she was about to kill me.
I was mocking her more which made he even more pissed. I loved her reactions.
It was awkward for a while when she decided to break the ice by asking the one thing I didn't like to talk about that to with her,
"So, I heard you broke up with Si-a". I replied coldly
"That's none of your business".
She remained quiet and I decided to read the magazine.
I saw her face go sad for a minute and I walked to her to see what made her like that.
I saw that she was reading hate comments and I was mad at those really mean words.
I quickly snatched her iPad and said,
and he said,
"Don't look at them. There will always be hate for everything anyone does. The main point is to ignore them and take only good and valid criticism. Others are just jealousy speaking".
She looked kinda shocked at my words ...hell I was shocked at my wisdomous words.
After some time, I noticed that she was writing some thing in her songs book. I was surprised she kept it till now.
It was the note I gave her when she told me she wanted write songs.
She looked really focused and I found that really cute. I looked at her for a while when she suddenly looked up and I immediately fell down from my chair.
She started to laugh at my fall and I glared at her but inside I was happy she was smiling because of me.
We made eye contact for a minute which made my heart beat so fast.
Our moment was interrupted was interrupted by the door bell.
I rushed to get the door and when I opened the door,
I was pissed....
