I opened my eyes and saw I was in the Great Hall with chains wrapped around my wrists and feet. I looked up and saw Mew a few feet away from me laying on the floor and chained up like me.

I started crying looking at his state. It's all my fault.

I never should have left.

I never should have fallen in love.

I felt someone pour cold water over me before I felt a hand pull my head back and a sharp blade at my throat.

"You thought you could escape you little bitch? I own you but you gave yourself to a damn human. Was it fun playing human? Thinking I wouldn't find you and drag you right back here?"

I closed my eyes at his awful voice and said nothing.

"Answer me!!!"

I felt a smack against my face before I clenched my teeth and still said nothing.

"Then how about your lover? Does he know he fucked a god? How high do you think his pain tolerance is? How about we find out."

I snapped my head up.

"Don't you dare touch him!!! Your problem is with me! Leave him alone!"

He glared at me before moving away from Mew.

"So, did you learn to talk back? Is that anyway you treat your husband?"

I spat at his face.

"We aren't married dumbass! We never consummated it! I am not your wife and I never will!!"

"Gulf, please listen to us. Is this human worth the trouble?" Diana spoke up first.

I stated at her with all the emotion I could muster.

"He is worth everything I am and more. Please........let him go............I promise to stay. I'll give up my freedom, my will, my stubbornness just please let him go....he doesn't deserve any of this."

I stared at Mew who is still laying on the ground.

Please forgive me honey. I never meant for you to get hurt. You are my entire world but I hurt you.

I want to build a home and a family with you...

I want to be your pillar when you have a bad day and a reason you have a smile on your face.

More tears streamed down my eyes.

But I can get you back home. Find someone who deserves your love and warmth, do what you love, build a family. You have your whole life ahead of you...

Kane started to work his way to Mew.

"No! Don't you touch him with your filthy hands!"

He glared at me before he had someone else force Mew awake. I started crying even more. My entire body was trembling.
