Plot: Shoto Todoroki is known as an outcast in collage, he almost never talks and is often bullied for his small figure and burn over his eye. Katsuki Bakugou is one of his main bullies however and treats Shoto horribly, to the point where Shoto tries to avoid going to school at all costs and even almost drops out of collage completely.
