- Miami's POV💋
It was the start if my Junior year in high school. I only knew a couple kids at my school, but I was very quiet and kept to myself . I went to school not knowing that I was gonna fall in love.
- On the Bus
"Hey guhh" Sai said
"Hey, happy to go bac to school?" I said.
"Naw guhh, I wish we had another month out, I hate comin to this bitch!!" She said
" You and me both!" I said and we both laughed
Sai was my best friend and shes been there from me ever since I moved to this God forsaken place. She's the only one that knows my story, and over time I've grown to love her like my own sister. After that shit my parents pulled off 2 years ago I felt like I couldn't trust no one, but Sai...... She was a real friend.
I often find myself thinkin bout that day I came home. I was sitting on the couch when I heard arguing on the other side of the door, then the sound of the screen door opening.
{Flashback}
"Aww shit" i said as i rolled my eyes
"Ion give a damn if you did and... and you no that!" My mom said as she walked through the door.
"Well ion give a damn if you did either, and the only reason im stayin with u is for the sake of these kids!!" My dad yelled back at her.
"Ion need this shit!!" She said.
"Good cause im done!" He spat.
-10 minutes later
" Kids get in here, me and ya mother gotta talk to yall."
My dad said
Here i am preparing fa the worst.
"Well me and ya mother came to a conclusion." He said
"Yea, ok wat is it!" I said as he look at me
" We decided to get a divorce!!" He said
As I sat there takin in wat my father told me, I felt a tear roll down my cheek as the cries of my younger brother pierced my soul. I sat there lookin at my parents in pain and fighting back my tears that tried to force themselves out of my eyes.
I got up and went to my room. My dad tried to grab my arm buy i just snatched away. I didnt wanna see them, hear them, or speak to them ever again.
I tried to slam my door but my older brother caught it and came in closing it behind him.
"GET OUT" I yelled through my crying.
He didn't listen. He walked over to me and picked me up pullin me into him while I continued to cry in his chest.
"It gon' b ite Bunny, I promise. I got you babygirl." He said in a calm manner.
All I could do was cry.
{End of Flashback}
I was brought bac to reality when Sai shook me.
"Ready to go raise hell" she say.
"Hell yea shawty, lets get the business clea'!" As we got off the buss.
