Why so ?

Chapter 3

Damn it's 5 am and I turn off my alarm. I wasn't able to sleep last night I guess I'm gonna be ill soon. I get up and went to get dressed for a jog.
"Riley open the damn door"I shout from outside of the house as I forgot to take my keys and phone and now Riley is gonna take forever to open the door. As I go again to bang the door she opens it and my hands slaps straight on her sleepy face. "What the fuck, Nat? Are you drunk or what" holding her face she goes inside. "I'm so sorry Rie I.......it wasn't intentionally............Did u made this smoothie for me? I love ya gal." I was so tired as I was back from a long jog and it was 7 am now. Rie straight comes sits next to me her head on my shoulder. "Which bar should we hit first ?" "Rie are you still in your dream . Get up , take shower while I'll make breakfast for us after shower." After shower I made us nothing special but two bowls of cereals. After I had mine I shouted for Rie to have it according to her suitable time 'cause damn she is taking so fucking long. Few minutes later Riley comes to my room and with the dangerous smile and shine in her eyes. "Shall we ?" She asks . "Shall we where ? You are acting so strange since we got here." Ignoring what I said she goes to my wardrobe she picks a yellow spring dress and picks my black heels as well and looks at me indicating to wear them . "Why? Aren't my jogger and hoddie good enough ?" . "Come on Natalie let's stop this already wear them and let's go to see how much your dad's office place is ready." Before leaving my room after saying this she says "And ya do keep any dress to match with the party". I am going crazy, like.....why do we have to go at dad's place this early. But..............on the other thought I would like to be on my dad's side it's a special Day for him. As I reach the hall Riley is already out as I close the main door .......... "what the heck?, you already planed all this , didn't you ?" She ignored my question and she went straight to the car my dad sent for us .
As we reach the building dad's secretary Mr William was there to help us. He is kind and very helpful , he is dad's right hand or you can say dad's brother. He took our bags and with the gesture of his hands asks us to go in the main hall. "How have you been Mr william?" I ask him with a real smile. "I am all good and so happy to see you are starting your life on your own." He says smile back at me . I like him he is like an uncle to me he even said that if he ever had a daughter he is going to make her same as me , in short I'm like a daughter to him. Riley is talking on her phone to her mum as her gets very rare to talk with Rie because she is not a type of person who talks a lot on phone.
