"Hurry up Cassie, we don't want to be late!" Draco grabbed her wrist and yanked her through platform 9 ¾. She looked behind her, expecting to find her parents waving back, only to be staring at a wall.

"Let go of me Draco. I can handle myself." Cassiopeia Malfoy yanked her hand away. They got on the train. She didn't have much time to admire it before Draco brought her to a compartment filled with people. They all started back at her, except two of the boys who were both sleeping on each other. Three boys and one girl, all looking around her age.

"Draco, we were starting to worry." Pansy said, not taking her eyes off the girl. "Who's this?" There's a tinge of jealousy in her voice.

"I think we would all like to know that!" The boy looked her up and down a little flirtatiously.

Draco nudged Cassie with his elbow, "don't just stand there, introduce yourself." He leaned in close, whispering in her ear. "Remember what dad said?" Don't be a disappointment, and no more friendships with filthy mudbloods. Or you will have to go back to Beauxbatons. You're better than that! She remembered.

"Uhh, Hello." She waved, taking a seat next to the sleeping boys. Who she would later come to dislike, Crabbe and Goyle. "I'm Cassiopeia Malfoy, Draco's my twin brother." Shifting uncomfortably in her seat, she looked to him for guidance. He ignored her and watched out the window. Draco takes a seat in between the window and Pansy.

"You never told us, you had a sister." The boy shook her hand, "I'm Blaise, and this is Pansy." He gestured toward the girl.

"It's nice to meet you." She smiles politely at him.

"Why haven't we heard of you before? Care to explain Draco?" Pansy hits Draco's shoulder with the back of her hand playfully. He ignores her and gives his sister a look. It begged her to try and get along with them. Crabbe snored loudly and Draco kicked his shin.

"I used to attend Beauxbatons," She explained and whispered under her breath "Father knows best." She stared off into the distance for a second, then came back to reality. "It's a long story, maybe another time?"

"Oh, uh sure then."

Cassie makes some light conversation, but it's a bit awkward. A few hours pass and they are approaching Hogwarts.

"We should probably go change into our robes, right guys?" Blaise noticed how uncomfortable Cass was, so he changed the subject.

"Show me to the bathroom, Pansy?" The girl grabbed her hand and led her down the hallway. They walked past many carts, but only one caught her eye. She stopped in the middle of the hallway. Pansy kept walking.

A beautiful young girl, with golden brown curls that bounced on her shoulders, was already dressed in her robes. She sat with two boys. A red Gryffindor scarf hung around her neck. She seemed to be in a heated conversation with a redheaded boy. The other boy just sighed to himself and looked like he was lost in thought. She pointed her finger at the two violently, and stormed out of the compartment. Before Cassie knew it, their heads collided.

"Ow." Cassie grabbed her head, "sorry..." Her face grew a bright cherry color. She ran after Pansy who was already at the end of the hall.

"Sorry." The mysterious girl whispered to herself confused. She watched Cassie walk away. For some reason, she couldn't get the girl out of her head. Her bright blonde hair and pale skin looked painfully familiar.

When the girls got back to the compartment, Crabbe and Goyal were gone. "Where did they go?" She asked her brother.

"How should I know?" He shrugged.

"Probably to change." Blaise pointed out.

"Mmh." Cassie agreed. "You guys are all in Slytherin?" She looked at their green and silver ties.

"Yeah, pretty cool right?"

"What house do you wanna be in?" Pansy asked hopefully. She sat next to Cassie in the empty spot.

"Slytherin, but Hufflepuff wouldn't be so bad."

Draco scoffed. "You've got to be kidding me." He laughed a bit. "Hufflepuff? Dad would lose his mind if you got Hufflepuff." He went back to his conversation with Blaise.

"Slytherin is obviously the best house, but you'd be cool either way. Slytherin or not." Pansy glared at Draco, and put her hand on Cassie's shoulder.

"Thanks, but I'll probably be Slytherin." Maybe Pansy wasn't as mean as she thought.
