Once, there was a thriving city, known to the world as London.  It was ruled by a king and queen, who had a young daughter named Aristotle, or Aris for short.  She was a striking young women, having suitors flocking at her door every day for her hand in marriage.  Aris was a heartbreaker, having none of the suitors be good enough for the princess.  Men distracted her from her true goal: being the ruler of London. Aris trained everyday for the day she would become the ruler.

Then one day, everything changed.

Directly out of the pits of Hell rose metal bodies, as big as houses, in the shape of a surely fictional creature: fire-breathing dragons made of metal.  Their insides rattled with every step they took, leaving giant footprints in their wake.  The creatures, called robodragons by the citizens of London, scorched the land leaving charred houses and falling buildings in their wake.  They were unstoppable, instantly killing anyone who tried to stop them, including the king and queen.

Aris, learning of their death, mourned for many days and many nights, having lost her only family.  With losing her family, she also lost her honor and respect as a royal.  After her sadness passed, she soon grew angry, enraged at the robodragon who took her parents away from her.  Seeking out the remaining members of the royal guard for protection, Aris scoured the land looking for any traces of the robodragon who killed her parents.

The acrid smell of smoke filled Aris’s lungs with every step.  Metal parts were crushed under her feet of old robodragons defeated by civilians.  All around her were parentless children, weeping mothers and fathers.  Some had blank looks on their faces, all emotion gone after the robodragons took everything they had.  Aris was burdened with all of her subjects faces, knowing the loss of someone you love all too well.

After many days of walking, she finally came across a robodragon who was a bit off from the others Aris had seen.  This robodragon was identical to the others, except for a tiny tiara on the top of its head.  She finally found it!

Aris ordered the guards to stand back, as she wanted to fight the monster alone to defend her honor.  The months of rage and sadness built up inside of her was released in a burst of energy and adrenaline as Aris slashed out with a guards’ sword at the robodragon.  Missing slightly, the robodragon swung its metal arm straight for Aris’s head, missing by an inch.  Proving to be stronger than the robodragon, she struck the creature in the foot, delaying its reaction.  Aris climbed up its metal frame, took the last sword she had, and stabbed it directly in its power box.  The robodragon started twitching as she climbed down and ran away from the creature.  A fiery explosion followed, making it rain metal parts and limbs of the once robodragon.  All that was left intact was the tiny tiara, which Aris took and put it on her head, announcing she was now the new queen of England.

In no time at all, Aris was able to seek out the rest of the robodragons and slayed them all without a cut to show.  Soon, the species of robodragons was eradicated, and London was restored to normal, with Aris as the new ruler. The honor she fought so hard to keep was back, and the kingdom respected her.  She restored peace and prosperity to London, and soon everything was back to normal.

Many months had passed, peace still in the land.  But one day, the ground shook with what Aris expected to be an earthquake.  But this was no earthquake; the last robodragon left on Earth woke from it’s eternal slumber to find it’s comrades in pieces.  Enraged at Aris for killing its minions, the robodragon stomped out a message in morse code, saying that it wanted to challenge Aris a duel to the death.  Aris, willing to defend her honor, agreed to the duel.

Elisa, Aris’s close friend, did everything in her power to try and stop Aris from venturing down into Hell by herself.  She couldn’t let her best friend get killed by this robodragon!  Aris, being the stubborn person she is, declined every offer Elisa made to go down with her.  Her need to defend her honor as the last royal in the bloodline got to her head.

For this battle, Aris ventured deep into her castle walls, down to the dungeon where her family’s sword resided.  It was a beautiful thing, the hilt encrusted with gold and the blood of Aris’s ancestors.  The sword was sharpened to perfection, ideal for cutting through metal.  With the sword, Aris was ready for the battle.

She took her sword and ventured down into the hole the leader of the robodragons made, soon falling straight into Hell.  The world was surrounded by fire, the ground cut up and made of lava and lava rock.  It was just as she imagined it would be.

Aris landed on solid ground in front of the creature, her eyes going wide at the sight of the monster.  It was was at least three times as big as the other robodragons, the blood of its victims making the metal shine crimson.  Its eyes were what got Aris; shiny black orbs staring down at her, hypnotizing her and distracting her from the giant foot that was about to step on her.

Aris rolled away just in time as the creature slammed down its foot.  She jumped up and ran at the robodragon with her sword, but the dragon proved to be faster and stronger, and swatted her aside like a fly.  Aris crashed to the floor, her sword flying away from her.  She scrambled to get it, and as she grabbed it the creature picked her up and started to crush her.  Aris started losing her ability to breath, and as a last effort to defeat this monster once and for all, she dug her sword straight into the robodragons power box.

As soon as she stabbed it, she fell to the ground and the robodragon stumbled back into a fiery lake of lava and was soon gone from the world.  Robodragons were gone, forever.

She heard a rumble of footsteps behind her as Elisa ran towards her with a first-aid kit on her back.  Elisa was too late, as the damage was already done.  Aris was dying right before her eyes.

Aris took Elisa’s hand as she kneeled beside her.  She coaxed Elisa close to her face and whispered “How could I be so stupid?  It should have never been about honor, it should have been about defeating the monsters, together!”  She coughed, a bit of blood spattering her shirt.  “I want you to rule London, can you do that for me?”

Elisa nodded furiously as Aris took her last breath.  With no way to bring Aris back, she left her in Hell, and went back to London to rule as the new queen, and start a new royal lineage.  But no one would ever forget the bravery of Aristotle, and her name lived on forever as the bravest person in the world.
