" Mother, I am now eighteen... I am able to make my own choices. Therefore, I'm going to go find my father." Said Aurora two years later with the firm voice. " Aurora, your father is going to be on as soon as possible." said her mother. Aurora then sighed in frustration before saying," Mom, please, let me go find him.. This war has gone on for FAR too long and he should be home by now." Her mother then sighs," Your right. Therefore, you should go and bring him back home." After saying that a tear went down her face as Aurora walks out the door with Iceburg, the white seal sidekick, in tow.

When they got to the village, Aurora had her bow and arrows which told the villagers that they were leaving. Aurora went to the local supply shop to get everything she needed. Iceburg then turned into a black horse so Aurora could put the saddle and everything on her back and then rode off into the forest.

That night, Aurora and Iceburg were setting up camp. Aurora was working on the tent and Iceburg was gathering sticks in wolf form to create a fire when they heard a rustle in a near by bush. She grabbed her bow and arrow as Iceburg guarded her back growling protectively. Aurora then pulled the string back, aim and shot the arrow. There was a "shoo" sound and then a thunk. That was when two people in black capes jump up out of the bushes with hoods up.

" Freeze and turn around slowly," said Aurora in a firm voice while already having two arrows on the string aimed and pointed at them. They then did as she said." Now, come here and put down your hoods before I fire these arrows into your skulls." She said before making a click sound with her mouth for Iceburg to be on her a game. The people then walked over and put their hoods down and to Aurora's surprise, it was the Weatherthorn twins, Rain and Storm. Her two best friends.

"Hello there, Aurora." Said Rain as Aurora then slowly let go of the string and dropped her weapons as her eyes then became teary. Iceburg then relaxed before Aurora ran up and hugs them." You guys, what are you doing here? I told you to stay and protect the village." She asked." We couldn't let you guys do this on your own. You need our help." Said Storm as then Rain started to speak," And we weren't the only ones that wanted to come." She said before six people stood up out of the bushes.

True faith had to help a guy out who had a medium build with brown hair, tan skin and gold eyes. He was injured from the arrow that Aurora shot. It had gone through his leg and Aurora bit her lip out of guilt and concern," I am so sorry, Ethen... I know your in severe pain." She said as Ethen took a painful sounding sigh," Yeah your right, This is very painful but you know this is not as bad as that one time when I got my ear melted by your sister's screaming." He said before they both laughed." Anyway, what do you put in this thing?" He asked before Aurora swiftly pulled the arrow out his leg.

He yelled and then grunted in pain as he tried to contain his anger." Great now it hurts worse than what your sister did." He said through his teeth. He then started to sweat as Aurora rolled her eyes," You know for being a Lionheart, your such a baby. I have heard stories of your father taking pain better than you. Here, let me help you get fixed up." She said as Ethen glared at her knowing that if he tried anything that Aurora would kick his hide." Would be great." he then said sarcastically.

Later on that evening, Everyone was asleep except for Aurora.  She was worried and really missed her Father deeply. Hoping that he was still alive and well.' He has to be. Father has to take care of mother and has to be there for his future grandchildren. He has soooo much more to live for.' She thought as she looked at the walls of her huge tent. Watching the lighting of the  flames flicker as she thought.' Father fights better than most of the men I know.' She then hears her tent open and Aurora pulled out her knife and stood in fighting stance.

When she saw it was her betrothed, Kevin, she then put her knife back in its sheath. She then invited him in and kev closed the tent flap." I'm sorry my dear, I didn't mean that. I was deep in thought and you caught me off guard." She said as she sat down on her bed. He then looked concerned and sat beside her." Your thinking something might have happened to your father, don't you?" He asked as he then rubbed her back gently knowing how she was.
