over the beaming moonlight you stand here tonight staring into my soulful black eyes brimmed with tears and exhaustive with pain. you vowed you had no intention of hurting me that you would stay here forever, that you would love me. clearly those were just empty promises to lead me on, you took advantage that i was blinded by love, i was naive and stupid to ever believe you ever had an intention to care for me.
I was there for you and nobody else would but when I need you the most you turn away on me. my crimson lips sealed shut and my eyes blinked down a sorrow, you say you didn't want to hurt me and that it was for the best but I know what this is really about. this isn't about you just not wanting a relationship with me this is because you're in love with someone else because I have seen the way that you look at her. you have never looked at me in that way you have never laughed like that with me. so don't you dare lie straight to my face. if you never liked me the first place you shouldn't have talked me and giving my the attention i was craving my whole life. you're the only person I trusted with my situation and you took advantage of that, I have been disappointed and abandoned my whole life so please tell me where you get the nerve to leave me here distraught for yet another heartbreak. now here, under the beaming moonlight you walk away with a woman you love, but that woman is not me.
