I wake up to a dreadful feeling, while the sound of a pounding alarm goes off. When I open my eyes, I find I am in a huge underground room. I am startled with the sense it could be just a dream or maybe just maybe, I am in a stranger's room. It could be just a nightmare but, I know it's real because the feeling, the unsettlement is sinking in. And I can feel the anxiety taking over.
Suddenly I heard footsteps, instead of anxiety taking over, pure fear had arisen and stolen my brain and consumed every rational thought I once had and turned it into plain emptiness. As the tall wooden door creeks slowly as it opens, the small, shiny door handle turns as slow as it can. I can feel a drop of warm sweat dripping down my face as I am now filled with pure terror.
I know I need to hide. I look around at my surroundings to try to find something, anything to hide behind. I know I have not even the slightest clue of where I am. I realize there is a large box, no more than 6 feet away. The door seemed as if it was in slow motion now. I wanted to dash for the box but my feet and legs were unable to move. After a second of thought something suddenly clicked in my brain making my feet and legs move one after another. I stepped off the bed onto the grayish, creaky floorboard. Underneath the bed I swore I had seen a cobweb or two.
I bolted towards the large cardboard box, not too far from where I am. I was trying to be as light as a feather but, I knew I was as loud as an elephant. Silently as I could and swiftly I made it to the large cardboard box.
The door finally opened up, like as soon as I was out of sight, the time went normal again. I see very tall, beautiful women. The woman's face was very smooth and soft looking. The women walked over to the box, slowly and heavily like she had two uneven weights on her shoulders. She looks over the top of the box that I am hiding behind. My fear is boiling up again. She looked dead into my eyes as I went completely white .
My alarm goes off, the same sound as in the dream. I wake up with the same fearful feeling again. I look around to see my room. That dream was too real to be just a dream.
