The deer walked back to the clearing, muttering to itself.
"What to do, what to do" it muttered.
"Whats poppin' pal" the deer jumped as a small reddish creature jumped out of a bush
"Hey, fox" the deer said "you're never gonna believe what i saw"
"Ooooooh, was it a steak...man i could go for a steak..."
"No it wasn't a steak dummy, also you know your not allowed to eat meat...also you have literally never had a steak"
"Well it's probably really good"
"Wait why are we talking about this? Whatever. Anyways, I saw a human! Like a real one, like an ACTUAL-"
"Wait really? Like humans that make steak?"
"What is all this talk of steak and humans about, young ones"
A huge stag walked out of a bush, a wolf at his side.
"S-sorry, we were talking about how...uh...how bad humans are, yeah" deer replied.
"Good, we all know humans are good for nothing savages" the wolf barked.
"Wolf, leave them alone, they're kids" the stag said.
The wolf growled, but walked away, the stag following.
The deer lay down, the fox jumped up on his back and curled up.
"The human didn't look like a savage" the deer said
"Really? I mean, what did it look like then"
"Well, it stood on two legs-"
"Well yeah i know that dummy"
"Shut up. Anyways, it looked surprised to see me"
"Wait, I'm sorry, did you say it SAW you" the fox lifted its head up, eyes wide.
"Yeah but it didn't-"
"Wait wait wait, this isn't good, it saw you-"
"-no but-"
"-that thing could get its friends and kill all of us, deer"
"N-no it wasn't-"
"Im telling Stag"
"W-wait Fox no-"
But it was too late, the fox leaped into the bushes.
