Blair miller is ginny miller's twin sister, Blair and her family moved around a little so she never really had friends. Blair never really liked moving around she just wished georgia would just found a place and stay there. She just wanted to make friends. Blair was a girl who speaks her mind and never holds back. Some people would say she is rude because of some of the stuff she tells others but blair doesn't really care. All she really did was write in her notebook.
