Notes: Our worst fears were confirmed today. Multiple entities of various SCPs have appeared across the globe and multiple civilian and military casualties are being reported almost every hour in every region of the globe. The O5s are still discussing what to do but I'm sure we'll have to breach secrecy eventually. With every second that passes, more people die. Im wondering if there really is a way to escape this. Notes: The O5s confirmed to have taken a decision but they haven't announced it yet. I'm losing my mind. All these years of work protecting those I loved. It was my moral duty to protect the innocent and now I'm here lost with my hands tied, unable to do nothing while thousands of innocent people die everyday. I don't think I'll take it anymore.

Transcript: This is a Global Emergency Broadcast. This message is being transmitted across the globe by the SCP Foundation. The SCP Foundation is an organization that kept anomalies secured and contained for many years while hiding itself from the common citizen. This secrecy was important to guarantee the security of all humanity. With the recent events, designated Incident Diable, the secrecy of the SCP Foundation has been broken and many SCP entities have broken free from their containment. The SCP Foundation apologizes for this and will continue to Secure, Contain and Protect all SCPs. Despite this, the containment of these entities will be a long process and thus the following information will explain to you what each SCP is and how to protect yourself from them in detail. Two years after Incident Diable, most governments fell and factions emerged across the world. The SCP Foundation took over the government of the United States, using its unoccupied rural areas as massive containment sites for all SCPs captured. 

In the rest of the world, factions rised taking control over areas in every continent. The SCP Foundation decided to leave the people to rule themselves but created a universal currency named Credits used by all factions and set up multiple bases across Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and South America where people could hand over captured SCPs which would be shipped to America and contained.

In Europe, seven main factions emerged. "The Warriors of the North" who controled the north of the Iberian Peninsula, the United Kingdom and Ireland's territory. "The Germanics" who controled most of France's territory and the western part of Germany. "The South Rebels" who controled Switzerland, Italy, Austria and parts of the balkans. "The Hussars" who controlled Poland and the eastern part of the balkans all the way into greece. "The Alliance of Slavistan" which controlled Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and all of Russia before the Urals, being the largest faction on Europe. Then there was Pirates, rebelious men and women not associated with any faction at all who live by robbing and killing members of other factions and themselves
