The new kids

Chapter 3

DAMIEN to the side
LEVI POV

We FINALLY made it to the house I don't know why these people live so far anyways we pulled up and dammm the house no mansion looked like it could hold the whole city of San Franciso any way when we parked in the drive way. Adam and I got out and made our way to the back of the truck to start unloading the food I rolled up my sleaves and tuck my hair behind my ear. Other people came out and started helping. But some thing cought my eye there all werewolves you could smell it odd.

I looked at Adam and mouthed there wolves and she looked shocked. They probably couldn't tell we were though because we hid our scents but any way we just ignored it and continued to unpack the van. It was a really nice bash. At least that's what I thought. Half way into the bash we herd a scream all heads whipped around and we saw big wolves with bloodshot eyes. "Rouges!" someone shouted. "Get all the children safe and mothers now!" Damien commanded. Adam and I were being pushed throught a crowd inside to safety when out the corner of my eye I saw one of the rouges sneaking away with the alphas children.

I looked at Adam and as if she read my mind we started to push our way throught the crowd and trying to get to the children. A lot of people were telling stop but we just ignored them. Once we got out the crowd the rouge spotted us and started to run into the woods with the children. Adam and I ran after him on legs we weren't fast enough so we shifted into our wolves they were unusually large for our size, mine was a midnight blue and Adams was a purple I don't know why that's just their colors.

Any way we started running after the rouge not long after we cought up to him and I tackled him from the side so the kids would get hurt when he fell. When he fell his grip loosened on the kids so Adam swiped them out of its mouth. After Adam got them she told them to go climb the tree and out of danger. When the rouge got up he growled and then howled.

All of a sudden a whole bunch of other rouges came out of the woods. We needed to think of a plan and fast. Adam linked me and said I take the ones on the right. I just finished taking down three when one came charging towards me and bit into my side I yelped out in pain and cursed myself for leaving my side open I turned around to look for Adam when I saw a rouge sneaking up be hind her. 'Look out!' She turned around but not fast enough and he bit her side she thrashed around. I jumped on top of the wolf and he snapped his head around and bit into my already there wound.

I wiggled out of his hold a quickly snapped his neck. A howl was herd and the other rouges started to run back into the woods. And thank god I don't think I could have lasted and longer. We went and got the children from the tree and started walking back. As we were walking our sides were screaming in pain and it wouldn't heal. "Wolfs bane it stops us from healing a hurt like a mother fucker." Adam said with clenched teeth from behind me.

By the time we got back to the house the two kids were asleep and every body looked sad. That was until one little girl spotted us we were still in wolf form and everybody got tense. We then pulled the children from our backs and showed the a mother came and took the two kids. I was then that I started to feel dizzy and I couldn't be in wolf form Adam and I shifted back and there were gasps. I collapsed from the pain in my side and so did Adam the last thing I remember were people shouting. "Get help there hurt!" I was then lifted up and I felt tingles then everything went black.

DAMIEN POV

When the rouges came I told everybody to get inside I was pretty sure they got in when one of my warriors came running towards me. "Damien! The caterers they ran off some where in the woods." I got a panicked and tried to look for them a few minuets. Into the fight there was a howl and all of them retreated. We started to check if anyone was hurt and if we had anyone it was then that I noticed that my little brother and sister are missing I sent men upon men to find them I was just about to give up. When one of the pack children shouted look.

In the distance I saw two wolves one midnight blue the other purple. They were limping and probably hurt . Then they pulled out my siblings sleeping and safe everybody was relieved . One of the pack mothers ran up and got the children. I was just about to ask if they were ok when they shifted and collapsed. I was left shell shocked, there in a pool of blood was Levi and his friend Adam. They both had big wounds on the side of there body. "Get help there hurt!" I don't know who shouted it all I could think about is my mate. I quickly rushed to Levi's side.

I picked up his limp body and brushed his hair out his face I still felt the tingles every time I touched him. We rushed them to the infirmary I was about to go in to when they pushed me back I protested but they said I couldn't be in there I fell to my knees. I blamed myself I should have been there to protect him I should have been there.

LEVI POV

Ow my whole side was aching. I woke up and slowly came to my senses as I did I saw that I was in a room. It looked kind of like a hospital with all the white. I sat up slowly and pain exploded in my side. I stayed still till It went away I sat up my hair falling in my face. I brushed it back with my hand and tucked it behind my ear. I looked over and I saw Adam on one of the beds her side was wrapped in bandages like mine. I slowly started to stand up and walked to Adams bed.

I looked at her and saw that she was starting to wake up I shook her a little bit to speed up the process. She shot up and looked at me. "We need to get out of here." She nodded. "But how?" We looked around. "We will just go down the hall, but first we need clothes." I looked over to the chairs and saw our clothes from last night. We got up and put them on. We didn't bother buttoning the shirt though. So our tank tops were visible .

We opened the doors and I peeked my head out there was commotion coming from the living room. "How come we didn't know they were wolves?" "Could it be the same trick the rouges use?" Adam and I looked worried. Were they gonna capture and interrogate us? We both just decided we would bolt for the door. We started running towards the back door were there weren't any people. "Hey look there up get them!" Adam and I looked pointedly at each other like we were thinking the same thing we turned and ran. Unfortinutely we were grabbed by our shirts. Thinking fast we stripped off the button up leaving up in our tank tops and out of there hold.

We burst the the doors into the the back yard and ran down the steps we ran across the yard they got Adam and she was being held down I continued to run through the yard. I was just about to make it to the woods when I was tackled and pinned to the floor by one of the pack warriors. I tried to kick him off but he grabbed my leg. I got fustrated and bit into his hand not to draw blood but in a childish manner. His grip loosened and I kicked him in the jaw. I got up panting "DONT EVER TRY AND RESTRAIN ME AGAIN!" I didn't like to be pinned down or restrained it kind of made me panic. It was a fear of mine.

I was still panting out of shock when another one came and pushed me against the tree he was snarling in my face and I got panicked. I started thrashing around and screaming. "What's wrong with him." I herd some one scream. "LET HIM GO THATS WHATS CAUSING HIM TO BE LIKE THAT LET HIM GO!" I herd Adam scream. The guy let me go and I fell to the floor. Someone yelled enough and out came walking Damien.

I was still shaking when he walked up to me. He scooped me up and there goes those tingles again. He pulled me to his chest and whispered word of comfort I held onto his shirt slowly calming down. "Now can you came inside we just wanna ask you some questions? Is that ok?" He said softly. I nodded mutely and we walked inside. Me still in his arms clutching to his shirt.
