Happy Ending?

part 1

"Robin, please don't allow any of these press people inside" I ordered my fellow officer and my best friend robin and walked inside of the "Williamson mansion" one of the luxurious building in the city.

When I entered, a man in late 70's caught my attention, Peter Williamson, founder of Williamson group. His hair is grey and his pot belly showed up it's presence over his night coat.

"What is happening?" He looked at me politely.

"Sir, we have to investigate. Don't worry" I replied with the same gentle.

"How? Tell me how to not to worry Charles. You told me the same thing, a week ago, when I informed you about the bag in the backyard with a human heart in a decomposed state. You told me the same thing, 2 days back, when I informed you that my son and daughter in law were found missing. Now they're dead"  this time his voice raised a bit and his face were red.

"Sir..."

"Please dont say anything!" Peter cut me off in disgust.

"Grandpa! Someone is standing behind the window. When will mom and dad come?." A girl with cute ponytail jumped on Peter's lap.

"Bella! They will come soon. Who is standing behind the window? Show me. I'll sue that person!" Peter lifted her grand daughter who has brown eyes with cute dimples.

"Try to do something. It seems like a mystery. Please do something" Peter's words sounded like pain. His words proved that he don't want to lose any of his family members.

When I returned to the gate, I found a bunch of peope gathering im front of the mansion.

"Ah! This press people!" Robin sounded from my back.

"Robert, you remember Erica right, again she started to argue with our people in the station." Robin murmered this when we walked towards the car.

"What she wants us to do Robin? I know that she is new to this city and she lost her husband and child. And we are investigating right then why is she behaving like this?" I almost screamed.

"But Robert try to understand her situation. She is all alone. She don't know anyone from this city, thats why she keep on visiting us and pressurizing us to get back her family. "  Robin tried to explain things.

"Robin, I know that you've an eye on that lady. But please stop telling me this. Can't you see the press people, first I've to find out the reason behind the murder scenes. We'll figure out the rest afterwards. " On hearing my reply Robert started to stepping forward faster.

On our way to station Robin didn't utter a word. When we reached the station we found Erica screaming at her peak to our team.

"When will you people get back my baby?" She shouted at me when we entered.

"Erica, we will find them soon! Please calm down" Robin's concern over her irritated me for no reason.

"Robin" I tried to get him back to sense.

When Robin realised that everyone is watching them he stepped back.

"See Miss, we are trying to get your family back. And you're pressurizing us. You don't have your baby photo and insisting us to find her. Do you think that it is easier?" I looked deep into her

"Her baby is just a 5 days old and we have her husband's picture" Robin interrupted me.

And Erica was busy weeping and wiping her tears. Her curly brown hair covered half of her forehead. Her nose and cheeks were red as she was crying for so long.

"We will let you know once we got any detail about your family" Robin told her.

And she looked up at him, as she was shorter. I'm confused on Robin's attitude towards her.

"Yes. I Can't control myself in front of Erica. I know she is married but i can't help myself. What if we never find her husband?" Robin brushed up the words beneath my ear.

And robin's words left me in Shock. I was interrupted by a phone call.

"Doctor, Fernando. What happened?" I asked the doctor who used to do autopsy for all the police related cases.

"Would you visit me now?" He replied.

I rushed to the hospital. I was standing in front of mortuary with Robin.

And Fernando came out of the mortuary with some papers in his hand. His waist length coat and his round specs made him to look more alike the doctors that appear in movies and tv shows.

"This is the report of Mark Williamson and Jackulin Williamson" he handed me the papers.

"Both of their hearts were missing. Their hearts were ripped out of their when they were alive"

His words made me to stuck in pain.
