The Darkness Within

Chapter 2

"What?" Rheena lied. "I dont know anything about that". "LIAR!!" Maez hissed. He took a stick and beat Rheena with it. She screamed in pain and thrashed around. But the men tied her very tight and made little effort. "Ayee Maez the noise hurts my ears" Jack groaned. "Should we even tell her"? "Naw, she'll eventually find out" Maez replied. Maez pulled a match and lit it. Jack snatched the match and looked at him. Rheena saw that he had an angry expression. "For the fucks sake them! Maez don't BURN her she didn't have the time to tell us jackshit" Jack said. "C'mon man" Maez whined. "Why do you want to know about that certain date" Rheena said. She was aching from head to toe. "Cuz we need some information to steal some of his money" Maez replied impatiently. "Ha! All his money is gone! He buried it somewhere. And I'm not telling you where" Rheena replied. Maez's face grew dark red with fury. He pulled out a blade and cut Rheena. She shrieked and squirmed. But Maez managed. After an hour or so, Jack pulled Maez off of Rheena and dragged him to bed. "Goodnight Rheena" Jack moaned. Rheena was bloody and battered. She had the words "slut" and "fuck up" carved into her skin. She threw up and burst into tears. She quivered in pain and coughed up a bunch of blood.

As Rheena was dozing, she heard a howl. Will she learn the secret? Will she slip her secret to Jack and Maez?
