2:03 PM

I looked around the small food store that I had entered. The place was cramped but it was spacious enough to accommodate four or so tables and chairs placed inside. Near the door entrance to the right was the counter where an old woman was checking the shelves.
.
.
Despite the place being small, I found comfort in this chilly place,  thanks to their air conditioner and the aesthetically pleasing music that they played by their speaker. I give praise to whomever chose it.
.
.
"Here's your hot water." A teenage girl about a few years older than me whispered. I tell her my thanks and she left, going back to the counter where she resumed to do her assigned duties.
.
.
I added hot water to the instant noodles I had bought. I am hungry alright, but I only have a small amount of money with me because I left my wallet at the hermitage.
.
.
After adding  the hot water, I left the noodles for a while to let it cook for a few minutes before beginning to ravage my meal.
.
.
"Daun," A static voice surprised me.
.
.
I quickly fished my walkie-talkie from the pocket of the black cargo pants I was wearing.
.
.
I slowly opened the instant noodles back again and started sipping. It was hot but I can bear with it.
.
.
I pressed on a button, "Hello? What do you need Immi?" I stopped pressing, and continued to enjoy my instant noodles.
.
.
"Where are you?" The static voice of Immi spoke again.
.
.
I just ignored the voice and continued on enjoying my deliciously easy to make meal. I can talk to him personally later anyway.
.
.
"Daun, where are-" Those were the last words Immi said before I turned off my walkie-talkie.
.
.
The moment I had peace was the moment
you guys disturbed me again.
.
.
.
I stayed at the restaurant for a while to atleast lengthen the peacefulness I had gotten only a couple of minutes ago.
.
.
I sighed as I slowly finished my cup of instant noodles and stood up, ready to throw the container away and go, besides, I already paid.
.
.
"Thank you." I said before going out the food stores door.
.
.
As soon as I got out, I quickly scoffed at the change of temperature. My surroundings suddenly felt hot. And I'm probably sure I am already sweating through the yellow oversized t-shirt I was wearing. I felt like I was wearing that dinosaur custome Dravy wore for Yulemas.
.
.
The weather in Bovhentof has always been humid. So people are often seen wearing clothes that they can easily wear on a sunny day. Yeah, Bovhentof weather sucks.
.
.
I headed into a narrow road near a tall building beside a bar. I walked a few more paces before my eyes beheld a manor house painted beige behind the building. It was difficult to be seen but I can easily spy it, why wouldn't I when I grew up here? Though the trees and the buildings covered it from any prying eyes.
.
.
There was also a gate, so I had to stand before the gate's door and knock.
.
.
"Who is it?" A husky voice said.
.
.
"It's me." I whispered. I didn't dare say my name incase someone who was sneaking around will hear it.
.
.
There was silence before the gate's door opened revealing a guy under a leather jacket and under it was a gray hoodie. He was also wearing a mask, paired with sunglasses that I could barely distinguish who it was under the disguise, but I can tell with their posture who they were.
.
.
"Why hello D."  Davy said. I could even see the smirk that he hid under that mask. "Where have you been this time?"
.
.
I didn't bother to answer him and went ahead to the manor house's front door.
.
.
"HEY MIX! D'S HERE!" Davy exclaimed.
What a piss off, this guy. I will engorge myself on the satisfaction of seeing him being beat up in training.
.
.
"DAUN, YOU WENCH WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN- AND HOW dArE YOU TURN OFF YOUR WALKIE-TALKIE ON ME-"
.
.
"Apologies Your Highness, I wasn't aware that you are my mother."
.
.
He was about to open his mouth and answer me when Ali appeared behind him and smacked his head, making Immi yelp and me grin.
.
.
"Shut the fuck up, both of you." He said, sounding already annoyed. We probably woke him up from his nap. Or either he was outside to smoke.
.
.
And with that I automatically zipped my mouth shut. I started to walk towards the back door instead. Noone would probably annoy me there anymore.
.
.
"Oh and Daun, Mirk's looking for you in the covert." Ali automatically said. Making me freeze in my tracks.
.
.
Well about time.
.
.
"Alright." I said, making my way back to the front door to go to the covert to see Mirk.
.
.

First of all, some of you may think I am nuts for writing a new book when I'm supposed to be finishing my other book.

I can't help it T-T
