Me and Mike we're meeting up with the rest of the party at Starcourt, hand in hand. We walked in and saw them sitting at the food court and went to join them. 

" What took you guys so long we've been waiting here for almost ten minutes." Will said, of course Dustin had to break the awkward silence. 

" They we're probably making out, they'd rather do that then be around us anymore. " Dustin, said laughing and got a ' have five ' from Lucas. " Nice one, but still. You guys are always late. " 

I rolled my eyes and looked to my left, me and a boy my age locked eyes. Mike looked at me, then looked at the guy staring at me and waving. I wasn't going to be rude and waved back. Mike had put his arms over his chest and pouted just a tiny bit. A hidden pout.  

" Hey, are you jealous? " I laughed 

" No! Why would I be jealous. All you guys did was look into each other's souls and he-" 

" Mike, he was a old friend. Now shut your mouth. "
